The welcome was very friendly and informative. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was 10/10 . All in all an excellent place to stay. We will definitely use again.

We needed to find a place to stay whilst visiting friends and were recommended the Belle View The wow factor hits as soon as you arrive the first view of the front and then as you pull into the rear it was like entering a private garden The room was amazing with the bottles of water fresh coffee bags and the availability of fresh milk in the room The shower in the bathroom was to die for Martyn is a true professional and his greeting with all the information he gives is the best we have ever had The contents of the fridge and the honesty box are a nice touch A special thanks to the girls First time in norfolk and we know where we will stay

We enjoy the Belle Vue Guest House so much that we just keep coming back. It is just perfect! Martyn is a wonderful host and the facilities, ambience and character of the house are comforting, homely and elegant. Lots of attention to detail, lovely food, super service and a great location.

Mum and I had the most wonderful stay at Belle Vue Guest House. From the moment we arrived, Martyn made us feel so welcome in this beautiful property. We spent two great days exploring Downham Market, King’s Lynn, Wells-next-the-Sea and Ely, before winding down each evening in our spacious, comfortable room! The breakfasts were delicious - catering for Mum’s gluten free diet - the setting was just perfect, and the whole experience felt really special. Truly stunning guest house. Thank you for making it so memorable.

Belle Vue guest house is absolutely stunning, we stayed in the Nottingham suite and could not have been more comfortable and is styled beautifully. Martin greeted us when we arrived and was very welcoming, he explained everything in the room and there is lots of information in the book in your room about the surrounding area, places to eat etc. We chose Allium which is a 20minute walk away and was fantastic, highly recommend.

Being partially disabled I required a ground floor room. Our room was perfectly placed with only a couple of shallow steps onto the patio and enter the house. The Nelson room was first left and what a wonderful and comfortable room it was. It had a huge bed and the whole room had been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with a nautical theme. Martyn, our host, had very thoughtfully supplied a seat and handgrips for my use in the shower. Car parking too was very conveniently placed for access to the house. We would like to thank Martyn for his helpfulness and general concern in making our stay in this delightful house a pleasure.

Beautifully renovated Guest House. Would highly recommended. We stayed in the Ely room for two nights and made use of the outside garden area in the evenings, which was lovely. Martin was very welcoming and breakfast was exceptional. We walked down to the pub at the windmill which was nice. I’m only sorry that we didn’t read the Welcome book till we were packing to leave (husband thought it was an ornamental book!) because it’s very informative about the village, where to eat etc but also goes into the history of the house. Everything was 5 star. Thankyou
