Key card does not work. Needs replacing every time you leave the room essentially. Air con produces horrible screeching noise so it’s unusable. Would really really not recommend and would never stay again.

Great views while eating a freshly made breakfast with sourdough bread. The quality of food was great. I enjoyed my breakfast. The night staff and restaurant staff were friendly and shared information about the local area. The room was clean, warm and cosy A nice night's sleep.

Very enjoyable stay. Comfy bed & quiet rooms. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Also the cost of staying here including breakfast, very reasonable. In walking distance of The Deep. Very convenient location.

Lovely stay. Parked up before visiting the Deep and were greeted at reception warmly with the offer of storing our luggage until check in. We checked in quickly and easily later in the day after enjoying a drink in the bar overlooking the Humber. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were going to eat elsewhere but Storm Kathleen helped us change our minds, and so we asked for a table in the hotel restaurant instead. We were warned that they were short staffed so there would be a wait for food but that was ok with us. The food was hot and delicious and well worth the wait. The staff were so busy and having to deal with complaints from some pretty rude customers who thought they were entitled to not have to wait for food or drinks...the staff handled these complaints calmly and tried everything they could to make things right. We were happy to wait and tried to make the staff feel better. They worked hard when obviously having a few issues and were a credit to the hotel. Lovely breakfast this morning before checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in good location for Hulls nightlife Friendly staff just a few issues first one being that at breakfast no fresh orange juice!!! Never had a hotel before without this !!! Purchased one from the vending machine lol Secondly the card for the door entry I had to be let in nearly every time I found this bizarre and I’m not the only one having this trouble And thirdly the internet connection!!!! Terrible there was a notice in the lift informing there was an issue apparently it been like this for a while I paid £180 for 2 nights I do expect better especially on the fresh orange juice apart from that it was good

Sorry - but this hotel is going downhill fast. We have stayed at the hotel many times since it opened but last night's stay will be the last. First of all the electronic room key didn't work, which involves a long wait to get the lift back down to reception then queuing there to sort it out, while the wife is waiting outside the room. Inside the room , even with the temperature turned as low as possible, the room is much too hot. Then trying to turn on the old tired and miniscule TV with the handset which has an almost defunct battery almost leads us to give up - but when we use the buttons on the TV the sound quality is appalling. The heavy duvet would probably be better suited to a polar expedition. Why can they not get this correct? Then the toilet doesn't work properly, 'backing up' all the time. We report this the following morning and it will be rectified after we check out. The room decor is 'tired' and still too hot but if we open the window the traffic noise is excessive. Nit picking possibly - but why is the room so hot? Not much that the staff can do to help. At this point we have to point out that the hotel staff are 100% excellent as usual. Then we take the full English (buffet) breakfast. Just let's say that it was very disappointing. The items were not exactly the good quality that they used to be, still, we live and learn. Premier Inn need to totally refurbish this hotel, it's falling behind the standard of others in the group - and letting down the superb staff.

Premier Inn hotels are our first stop for planning times away as a family member is a full time powered wheelchair user. Hull city centre delivered care support and a professional approach. 10/10 for accommodation accessibility and staff knowledge of additional requirements without having to be asked.
