整個住宿過程只見到一位外籍女員工，很友善有禮，但是整體來說，服務比起其他溫泉旅館就確實普通
房間是一間獨立小屋，私隱度十足，自帶戶外溫泉，下着雪泡溫泉確是一大享受
早晚餐也很美味
旅館沒有其他任何設施，主要都是享受房間內溫泉，整體來說，還不錯吧！

由五間獨立屋組合而成溫泉旅館，私隱度高，環境幽靜，房間一粒塵都冇，房內有齊溫泉，冷泉，岩盤浴，一泊二食，食物擺盤精美，而且十分美味，有懂英語員工，旅館職員服務員態度親切有禮，值得入住
