Расположение отеля отличное. Стройка не мешала. Комнаты в номерах-студиях большие. У нас было три номера. НО. Поселили не в тех номерах, которые бронировали. За неделю проживания номера НИ РАЗУ не убирались!!! Только выносили мусор. Из перечисленного на сайте (халаты, тапочки, косметика) на 1ом этаже дали всё (по просьбе), на 2ом и на 3ем этаже - косметику и тапочки (по просьбе), халаты так и не увидели. Туалетную бумагу тоже приходилось просить. Вода на 3ем этаже пропадает, если ее включают ниже. Санузлы очень маленькие и старенькие. А поскольку их не убирают, то состояние - не очень. На 1ом этаже - подушки большие, на 2ом - по две маленькие, на 3ем - по одной маленькой тонюсенькой (Создаётся впечатление, что до 3его этажа вообще редко доходят). Одеяла в пододеяльник не заправлены. Одеяла все разные, как будто с миру по нитке собирали. Завтрак приносят в номер около 9 утра. Что принесли - то принесли. Одно блюдо. Ложки/вилки, конечно, приходилось просить. Были каши овсяная и рисовая, яичница, гречка с сосиской. В довершении мы оставили в номере два зонта. При звонке на следующий день нам сказали, что никто ничего не видел.

Место расположение отличное! Гостевой дом находится в парковой зоне, в 30 метрах от каскадной лестницы! Чисто, уютно, доброжелательный персонал. Порадовали завтраки! Рядом находится ресторан. Можно взять у администратора карту со скидкой. Рекомендую!

Отдыхали в декабре 2022 года. Остались прекрасные впечатления! Доброжелательный приём в гостевом доме «Вилла-Парк» очень порадовал. Новогодняя атмосфера! Комфортабельный, чистый номер. Удачное месторасположение, у входа в парк. Рядом каскадная лестница. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные! На территории русская баня на дровах из сруба! Травяной чай и прекрасная атмосфера! Спасибо за отдых!
