Great place to stay but not a lot of activities or variety in activities.... No ball game, no music at the pool makes it to quiet for little kids.....The staff was great but two at the pool were not smiling, living 1 hour without services and said the chest game was broken and it was lie....He just didn't want to unlock.... Beside that, great property !!!

If you are looking for a clean, family friendly place to stay, this is it. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The location is also great. Highly recommended!

Our room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It was tidy, but will eventually need a deep clean or renovation. The pool hours were great for the kids. Staff was kind and information was clear when checking in.

Clean and large room dishes, dishwasher, laundry in room, only thing is no shampoo kind of odd include dishwasher soap, laundry detergent but no shampoo.

We have been staying at Vacation Village for over a decade. The older buildings and units definitely require a refresh and update.
Maintenance could do a better job at communicating unit damages to front desk. Having to return to front desk to change the room after unloading and traveling a fair distance is never ideal. Front desk did not have an issue making the change however, there was nothing apologetic while doing so.

AC was not working at property. I contacted front desk and informed them and they mentioned they would swap out my room. I stepped away from the room to go eat and upon arrival someone had been in our room without us being notified. They took one of my football hats and moved things around in our room. Our freezer door was also open with the ice we bought was melting. I contacted front desk again and they mentioned they didn’t have any rooms available for us to swap. I requested a refund and that I will be checking out. As I ended the call, I had a room service member knock on my door to mentioned she thought she needed to clean and had taken my hat by mistake. Although everything else was left behind. Really disappointed with the turn out of this trip. I still haven’t been refunded for my trip!

The kitchen with utensils, hot tub and washer-dryer in house were all very useful. The price per night is very affordable.

We didnt have enough time to do some things. The weather didnt cooperate this time.
Check was too early. The toilets we too low. Rooms & beds were great. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the room. Pools & hot tubs were nice. Activity center was closed, so we had to put the books we wanted to donate at the door.
We didnt know you didnt provide the coffee or we would have brought ours from home.
