I am an owner and needed to use the property for a one-night stay. There should be a better way to use the property than to pay that much for a one stay, especially for owners.

I have stayed at this facility multiple times and never have had an issue. House keeping knocked on the door twice once @ 8:30am and then again @ 9:00am when our check out time was @ 10:00am. Other than this inconvenience I love staying at this property.

It was terrible. Dirty. Useless plugins. No maid service. No extra coffee, shampoo etc. long walks to restaurants. Train not on schedule. Bags of used towels/garbage outside entrance on arrival. No explanation of rooms (B is hiding behind outside door) extra fees to use water park. $198 USD for amenities that were not provided. Very poor Wi-Fi. And the list goes on. Definitely a NEVER AGAIN place

Hotel is amazing but transportation is limited, restaurant is limited all pool you need pay to use. 2 beds room are very small, and nothing is included. Hotel fees are too high.

Didn’t like how noisy it was around the room and the towers, handicapped rooms are shared with door in room that you can hear everything in other room. They do not clean your room until after your stay. Didn’t give me the room I was promised which was a villa instead put me in the towers which they call the condos.

Overall didn’t have a great stay. Had to request towels multiple times. Room was sooooooo small more appropriate for one person, even though there were 2 beds. Staff wasn’t able to transport around the resort often.

The room was a lot smaller than pictured. The heat in our room was not working even after they came to fix it. We requested a cart to transport us and no one ever came.
