One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in kisumu We will definitely come back! The whole complex is very clean, nice and quiet. The staff Super friendly and fulfills almost every wish.

The hotel is top notch and located in a serene area. The rooms were so comfy. The food was great, and the bar by the pool side was extraordinary with some awesome music.
The waiters makes you feel special from the moment you enter the resort. They pick your luggage from you and escort you to the waiting area where your checkin is coordinated while you sipping some fresh juice.

The place to stay in Kisumu. Hotel staff and management professional and accommodating. Would have preferred more menu variety in food if possible.

Excellent Service
The service at Ciala is always top notch. This is my third time staying with them and they are always hospitable. Our TV was missing from our room, so check in was a bit delayed and they had to separate our beds which we had asked for before we arrived, but other than that, if you need a place to relax, it is great to wind down there.

Property had hot water only in the mornings. If you want to take a shower in the afternoon or night it was only cold water. No robes in room. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner meals need improving.
