Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to Kokura train station, shopping mall and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. There’s a shared lounge which you can use.

Just the smoking room is truly smoked, but can’t complain since such convenience. Also have to say, all the reception ladies are very pretty and polite.

Stayed in the standard double room.
Clean room with enough space to open 2 suitcases.

Overall, an excellent hotel. A bit small, and when we are old, my wife struggled to get on and off the bed when it is against the wall. Request for change but had to pay 2700 yen extra per night for a twin bed room which we can push apart to allow easier getting on and off

This is next to the prime shopping area and we walk from the hotel to all the shopping malls, castle, market. Definitely a good hotel.
