Located near the Shinkansen Exit, approximately a 5-minute walk. The lobby offers manga rentals, and the hotel provides free basic breakfast and dinner (curry rice and drinks).
The room was a good size with a large table. However, maintenance could be improved - room light button was missing, and the bedside light was either non-functional or not provided. Additionally, this was one of the few hotels I have stayed at that did not offer antibacterial spray in the room.

The hotel is close to the Kokura station, on the north side which is not as busy as the south side. The room is perfect for a solo traveller, might be tight for 2 people. My room overlooked a train track and you can see the train pass by. It's not noisy though. Lots of comic books available to borrow to your room (register at receptionist) for when the weather is bad. And free breakfast and dinner with rice, curry, tea, coffee and juice. Staff spoke little English but they have printed information available in English to explain the facilities, rules and how things work.

I like the hotel because of its location and lots of comics. Within a 4 minute walk from Kokura station, and Kokura castle, riverside walk all within comfortable walking distance, you can take a monorail from JR station also if you don't like walking.

The hotel and room are new and modern generally, situated mins away from the station. It is very strategically located from the mall, eateries and good for rejuvenating after a long journey interstate. However, the bed is relatively small, overly soft to my liking and I woke up to itch. The morning breakfast with curry rice and nato is also my favourite part of the stay. Generally all is good.

Was near to the train station or bus station. Convenient spot. Hotel was clean and fast free to check out. Staffs was friendly too. Simple breakfast for all and drinks available to be brought to the room
