The room is relatively small but quite comfortable. It is enough if you are on a business trip, but it may not be so spacious if you go out for fun. The location is not very good. There is only one convenience store in the week.

離門司港站/景點 走路大概10分鐘左右，酒店樓下有洗衣機，干衣機，還蠻好的，只是沒需要用，所以沒有問收費的問題。房間比較小，水管聲音有點大，當左鄰右里用水時，就會很響，過了就沒事。不得不提的是，斜對面有一家很大的超市，去買水果，打折的刺身壽司，很不錯，而且東西比博多便宜。

房間很小但整潔，要上一層樓梯才到大堂有電梯，地理位置還可以，離車站不算遠，附近有7-11，對面有超市，走廊有餐具及微波爐供應

北九州市に在って、自由度の高いホテルで、居心地が良かったですヨ。 無料のものや、ポイントゲット出来るお知らせなどが、沢山ありましたね。 普通では、有料のTVが、無料‼️ じゃらんのポイントゲット方法の案内等など。 残念なことに、ドリンクを頂ける内容の案内をチェックアウト時に見つけたのですが、ドリンクゲットは、諦めちゃいました。 また、近くには、いろいろと観光地もあり、便利な立地条件でもありましたね。 例えば、関門海峡地下トンネルを歩いて往復することができます。 海峡を歩いて渡るなんてことは、此処でしかできない事では無いでしょうか？ そして、なにより、両側のスタンプを押してくると、「関門TOPPA！記念証」なるものをゲットできるのです！ちょっとだけの物ですが、記念になりました。 また、お世話になりたいと思います。

ホテルポート門司あらため、照葉スパリゾート門司店です。 前回はコロナ禍前の訪問で旧名称の時代だったか。 その頃と大分変ってしまいました。何より食事が残念過ぎ。 なかなかしっかりとした温泉施設を利用出来ること以外に、特筆して評価出来ることが無い。強いて言えばフロントの女性の対応が丁寧だったかな。 ホテルのレストランは現在休業中で温泉棟の「フードダイニング テリモア」を利用することになります。ここの担当者の愛想の悪いこと。めんどくささ全開で挨拶もしてくれない。供される食事もこの程度（写真）。フリーのサラダのレベルの低さも泣けてきます。 ■良い点 ・温泉棟はしっかりしている。地元でも人気の様子。 ・スタジアムサウナは広くて快適。水風呂や給水機その他導線秀逸。 ・海側の景観は素晴らしい（食堂からも見える）。 ■悪い点 ・食事と食堂は大変残念。 ・食堂の担当者も大変残念（何かひとりで怒ってる）。 ・ホテルは夜間スタッフ不在とか。警備会社が担当？大丈夫か？ ・道路側の騒音（耳栓用意あり）。 ・朝風呂と食事の時間がかぶっていて、選択を迫られる。 ・平日の朝食も7：30から営業開始。遅いよ。

屋根つき駐車場利用可、14時チェックイン11時チェックアウト。 ちょっとわかりにくい位置にある。初見だと迷うかもしれない。 門司観光港から近いが、門司駅とは逆方向にあるので車前提になるだろう。そのぶん関門トンネル、関門海峡大橋からは近い。 シングルルームはちょっと、というか、かなり狭いかな。引き戸式の窓が、いかにも古いビジホ感を出している。 +100円で朝食をつけられるが、喫茶店のモーニング的な軽食。ボリューム的には物足りないが、100円なら十分な内容ではある。 あと屋外設置の洗濯機・乾燥機が無料。

立地と清潔さとサービスは良かったです。
昔ながらのビジネスホテルという感じです。
防音性が全然ありません。一晩中外から大型車の走行音が部屋に響きます。廊下からの話し声や物音が頻繁に聞こえます。上の階の足音や椅子を動かすような音が引っ切り無しに聞こえます。耳栓は必ず必要です。
上の階の物音に関してはフロントに連絡をしたら注意していただいたそうですが変わらず、もう一度連絡をしたら睡眠時用の部屋を用意してくれるとの申し出がありました。
また好みの問題ではあるでしょうがベッドが硬いです。身体があまり休まらず、腰も痛くなりました。
