ERIKA Boutiquehotel Kitzbühel

The hotel was amazing - the staff were very friendly and helpful, even speaking to us in German as we wanted to practise our German! We were very pleased with the great choice of options at breakfast - and with the garden bar with the view of the pond and the grounds, etc. and spent a while relaxing there with drinks.

We had a week at Erika and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located near the bus and train station and only a short walk into the town centre. The restaurant was good as was breakfast. Evening dinner was good too but we preferred to eat in town for atmosphere. The rooms were very well appointed but very hot (in the summer) and we could have done with some air conditioning ! Staff were great and very helpful.

What a great small hotel! One of our favorites of any vacation we have ever taken! The staff were all so very nice and the room was gorgeous in our opinion! The breakfast was wonderful every morning; I suggest getting an omelette; it was quite good and a nice size. The pools were pleasant and great for after a day of skiing. We like the location as we came in from the train station and we were able to walk there to and from. I wish everyone had as much of a wonderful stay as we did!

9 super days in Kitzbühel This is a world class hotel. Service minded, but without pretentions, with the austrian discretion and elegance. Very good location, just 10 min from the train station or the city center including the Hahnenkamm ski lift, but taxi to the lift is available from 8:30 to 10:30 as a courtesy. The room was very confortable, bed included with a large elegant bathroom with two sinks and both shower and a nice bathtube where you could relax when you missed the spa after-ski. The spa area is elegant and has two pools, two saunas all included in the room price. One of the pools has jets that are the perfect massage after a long ski day. The only suggestion would be a slightly higher temperature in the jet pool as more relaxing. The breakfast is great with fresh food, good local bread, omletts, fried eggs, cappuccinos, on demand and local dessert. Just perfect to give you energy before the slopes. And in the evening, you can have an esquisite dinner in the quiet and elegant lounge area without need to book a restaurant - the food is excellent. As it was the end of season and the resorts is at lower altitude, it was not top weather, first days were slushy on the slopes with hard packed snow. The following days came a lot of snow but it was foggy. Anyway, there were 2-3 days with sunny moments and relaxing time. The resort is almost empty and you have a lot of place on the slopes. I recommend this hotel and I hope to come back as soon as possible. Probably hard to book on high season.

We really enjoyed a two week holiday here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. All the facilities were good. Our room was very comfortable. We both thought the food was exceptional. Breakfast was a selection of plenty of options. The evening dining was a great range of beautifully crafted food. All was well served. Thanks for a great time.

Spent the week here through Crystal Ski, to see the Hahnenkamm race and ski the famous slopes of Kitzbuehel. Our stay at Erika Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional - from the moment we stepped in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with the most beautiful glass bar area, where you can enjoy a fantastic selection of drinks prepared by very knowledgeable staff especially our new friend Marco. The rooms were impeccably clean, extremely warm, beautifully designed, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the evening meal was just delicious every night. We would highly recommend Hotel Erika to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Part way through the week unfortunately I had a ski accident and ended up at the local hospital, and on my return to the hotel the attentiveness and care given from every member of staff was faultless especially the manager, who made sure I was ok at all times. We will definitely be returning here, with our family.
