"What a little gem of a place. First time visit, travelling on my own for business. Perfect location for me. Beautiful room, very clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. Big TV, easy to navigate remote! Bathroom was spotless, nice complimentary toiletries. Comfy bed, had a good sleep once I managed to get off, could hear other guests on the corridor, but I guess I was earlier settling in than the average on a Sunday evening (early to work Monday!) Breakfast was really good quality, fair selection of hot and cold options, lots of fresh fruit on offer too. Very impressed, bit disappointed I arrived later on the Sunday evening and decided not to have an evening meal now!"

"Karen and her husband are gracious hosts. The place feels like a home away from home. The rooms are located at the back of the house. Total privacy very comfy very clean and lots of amenities. Knaresborough is friendly a d beautiful. Breakfast 100% per your preference and delicious"
