Everything was great but the one and only thing I would say could be improved would be the lighting in the room. There’s no lighting around the mirrors when you’re trying to get ready for your night out.

Rooms look tired
Have been using this hotel for the last 5 years on a regular basis and it is starting to look tired. Rooms could do with an update.

Staff most accommodating, no lift, but they were able to change our room to the ground floor. Lovely decor, spotless. Good bar menu and breakfast. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Hotel bedroom was very clean as was the bathroom,adequate for what we needed 1 night stay.
Hotel its self is very tired and is in a desperate need of a good lick of paint. we did not eat at this establishment so can't comment. One member of staff was really very rude to my husband he seemed to have an attitude problem. Not welcoming at all. We would not return there is no excuse for bad manners.
