Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville Downtown Area

The room was not at all clean, I didn't even stay. Walked in, noticed how badly maintained it was and decided I wasn't comfortable staying there so I left. The room was freezing and the heater wasn't working. The glass window was broken with a large hole in it. The floor was covered in crumbs/debris from previous occupants. Gave me the feeling no one even bothered to wash the sheets so I was not comfortable staying there and did not stay.

The hotel was rated properly. The room was clean. However the breakfast they offered was very disappointing. Their juice machine wasn’t working and coffee was Luke warm

They said pet friendly own the web site and I had a service animal they charged me a deposit of 50$ and said they never was pet friendly Phone didn't work, no microwave they said it was non smokin but own the tub ledge was 6 cigarette spots were somone left cigarettes to burn and the heat didn't work to good othe than that it was alright in need of a big upgrade

I came in the morning of my stay. I reserved and paid through hotels. I requested a lower room as i had two in wheelchairs, i came in the morning of my stay and told me it was there. When we came back to get motel, there wasnt a room downstair i had to carry one on our backs to get him to the room. A lot of steps my husband suffered from strokes, his walking is terrible. I panicked as he had to climb the stairs...stressful to say the least.

Cigarette burns and cuts throughout the bed sheets, smoke alarm beeping, pillow was paper thin, water for the shower never got hot. Heater barely worked. Only good thing is it is convenient to some fast food places.

I called and I was told that there was no security deposit when I got there. They charged me fifty dollars security deposit but he tried to charge me sixty I corrected him. He scratched it off and put 50. Smokers hanging outside of the hotel seems very dangerous I do not recommend rooms nasty Smell like smoke soon as I walk through the door. Luckily it was only a one night stay

No internet in the room. Ill-informed and indifferent desk person. Awkward room organization (lights, hangers inconveniently placed). No toiletries, just a tiny bit of soap. Insipid breakfast (tasteless cellophane-wrapped pastry, nothing else), no hot water for tea. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

When we first arrived the guy at the desk was super helpful and polite. Got our room keys and went to our room, at first glance VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Looked old, outdated, and grimy. The couch in the room felt disgusting and dirty. We put our stuff in the room and headed out to the concert we were in town to see. When we got back we were exhausted and ready for bed. The bed was comfortable enough, but the sheets had stains and cigarette burns. The blanket had some kind of gross looking white stain on it. The pillows were awful and offered no support! The walls are paper thin and we were forced to listen to the tv next door, as well as the person snoring all night long! Woke up at 5am, and couldn’t go back to sleep so we got ready and checked out before 7:30! The bathroom was cleanish but the ceiling tiles had water marks, broken pieces, and were out of place. The water pressure was also horrible, or it could've been the outdated shower head. Checkout was easy enough and i got my cash deposit back. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Also the door in the bathroom has the room rate listed $85 a night for 2 people, we paid $129, which was waaay too much for such a crap room!!

The “downtown” in the name is misleading. Uber driver told us not all drivers will pick up from the area. I accidentally booked a smoking room - I didn’t realize that was an option anymore?!? They did switch to nonsmoking. If we had not come in so late, I would have found a different place to stay.
