we as a family had the pleasure of staying at Knysna Log-inn Hotel Knysna. wood logs used extensively in the property hence the name. beautiful location and excellent staff. must visit city on the garden route. excellent property ....beautiful views from the balconies.

Everything was great, the room was nice and clean. We were supplied with a court for our little one and blanket, which was very nice as well.

Everything from arriving to departing was seamless and very well managed. The staff were all very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Knysna

Didn't stay for very long unfortunately as on a tour. But very clean, friendly staff, breakfast particularly good. Walking distance to the waterfront, and felt safe walking the 5 minutes back after dark. Not there long enough to try everything it had to offer, but would recommend based on my limited experience!

for the charging point, one had to move the bed, the pole in the middle of the room was not appealing. The wifi was very poor in the room

I have been travelling the world and sleeping over at numerous hotels, but Knysna is one of the best i can recommend it to a family member or a friend.

Great venue location for runners at the Knysna Forest Marathon event. The staff made arrangements for early breakfast & transport to the race collection point. Great service!
