Overall this hotel located in a very good location has a 7eleven right in front of the hotel. Reception also very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely return to this resort again soon.

While the hotel is not as bad as many comments, it does have quite a few issues:
1. Front desk first said the reservation was canceled, then was able to find it after 5 minutes
2. Shower didn’t work
3. Completely not as pictured
4. Housekeeper did minimal job in cleaning

The hotel house is a wooden structure. When I checked in, I asked to change rooms because the shower in the bathroom was leaking. The hotel said there were no free rooms and they refused to cancel the order for free. I contacted Ctrip and they changed the room, but there was no hot water for showering. When I arrived, At night, I actually found a lot of ants falling from the roof and crawling around on the bed. I had no choice but to move back to the original room. There were still ants, but the number was smaller. Considering that I was in a foreign country, it was not safe to go out and find another hotel late at night. , then just sleep for one night, but when I wake up the next morning, my bedside is covered with white bugs*, and I am speechless.

The location looking on Kantiang bay and the Blue Sea Is unbeatable a dreams , the bungalows perchéd over the hill are really nice , the pool with small elephant shaped fountain is very tempting but.. but the resort Is literally going into pieces, the shower didn't work anda was always cold, the stick of the curtain broke the first day and dell' upon us the last 2 days our room wasn't kept by anyone and we complained we had dirty towels and the basket full of garbage , the result was that when we came back from the pool I couldn't find anymore 2 bags of my ***** that are essenrial tò me, they had mistaken them for garbage! And let the garbage in the basket so my friend got very angry with all the staff , last day at breakfast we were 4 tables , After our order we had to wait an hour for 2 omelettes, 2 mango juices and 2 plates of fruit end of the story don' t come here we don' t advice it

Cheap price but with many problems. Bathroom has two large spiders. Very poor in-room lighting. The room appears to be a dungeon at night time. Wi-Fi stops every 5-15 minutes. Shower has no hot water. Switched to another room for shower and the temperature is not warm either, just merely acceptable. Staff is nice though and can speak limited English though.

Great service, room service, restaurant service, great dishes at a fair price. The family business is really very attentive and immediately fulfills all requests, whether rental scooters, excursions or requests for a special bungalow. We extended there twice for the reasons mentioned. The Aqua Bar is also great, sensational cocktails, great views and an extremely nice barmaid. At this point a thank you to Aobjang!!👍🥃
