The negative points: this establishment is located in the south of the island and there is nothing nearby (no shops) If you do not have means of transport you will quickly be limited. Most of the staff do not speak a word of English which poses a problem when making complaints or ordering meals. The manager is very expeditious and not very pleasant with a military attitude. Breakfast is not provided and is common on the same days. The price of accommodation is quite expensive for the services provided. Lots of bohemian families = no tranquility at the swimming pool or in the restaurant.
The positive points: located in the countryside with a beautiful beach and a breathtaking sunset. Very good meals at the restaurant. Nice hotel and nice swimming pool.

I kind of don't want to recommend this place too much, cause I want to keep it all to myself. A hidden piece of pure paradise. We are here in the off season so not all the facilities are up and running fully, i.e. beach bar. But everything we need has been catered for and more. Jum is our hostess and she has steered us onto fantastic tours so we made the most of every day.

Had the plesure of staying 11 nights at Narima. The Beach is a little piece of paradise with a cosy Beach bar/restaurant (great cocktails😎), quiet atmosphere and funny animals to explore for the kids. Very Nice pools and really clean and well maintained resort. Bungalows is quite new and sound proof. Breakfast was good. BUT the best was their extremely service minded and sweet staff. Helped us with rental of scooters, booking of tours etc. Always careful not to send us on long tours if wind/waves was too wild and had a solution to all of our inquiries. Will come back if ever on Lanta again!

Cottages are comfy with excellent balconies which provide really comfortable chairs and hammock in the much needed shade with stunning view of the sea. Private beach is great and easily accessible from the tiered pool which is also lovely and well kept. All staff are helpful, friendly and eager to please. Food was good, provided complimentary biscuits/bananas/ drinking water & insect repellent in reception. Would give 5 stars but tables & chairs in bar and restaurant wooden so not super comfy to sit for too long. Does attract families and can understand why. We only stopped at the restaurant for a lunch and I would surely recommend this place. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. A very friendly staff, delicious meals, a good service and a very pleasant environment... We visited with 3 small kids and every parent knows it is a challenge to feed a toddler in a restaurant that serves foreign cuisine... well, in this place they did all they could to help us. They have baby chairs, colorful plastic cups and plates, free cookies, free drinking water refills, simply all of it. We truly enjoyed our visit. And so did our kids. After several weeks in Thailand I can say the meals were probably the best we have had!

This is a resort that has a soul! We stayed at the Narima during the pandemics. It was almost empty, but this was a great experience. We were looking for a calm place with a "hidden" beach. The service and the food was excellent, the staff very friendly and the owners came by our table for a chat. We had a rare "hidden paradice" feeling during our week-long stay. Narima is close to the road, but you do not notice it. The vegetation is varied which gives good shade throughout the day. The pool stays cool thanks to the spring water supply. The nicely terrased lay-out of the resort gives many different views and possibilities to hang out. . The beach is natural with sand and rocks and enjoyable even during ebb. For the kids there are lots of nice rocks, shells and crabs to collect! When you feel lazy, you may just spend time in the hammock on the balcony of your bungalow. Thanks for a great stay! We had a sublime 15-day trip to Thailand, 4 of which were spent in this hotel. The region is sublime, but the hotel is not extraordinary. It is certainly by the sea, but the beach and the water are not great (stones and murky water). The hotel is a bit “tropical” with huts on stilts. The rooms are simple but clean. The bathroom (and especially the shower) is a bit spartan. But the downside remains the reception. Apart from one or two nice people, we didn't find them welcoming. In particular the manager who is as unsympathetic as possible and borders on correction…. The hotel is also very far from any activity. In summary, you will find better elsewhere 👍

I stayed at the resort for three nights as part of a 10-day trip. I was unpleasantly surprised by the welcome (a glass of water thrown on the counter) while I was asked to produce the voucher (the only hotel that asked for this even though everything was booked via a local agency... .). We feel that we have to move quickly... The same goes for all the questions asked: we are disturbing this person! No kindness especially at the time of departure with transfer normally planned BY THE HOTEL and which does not check anything...not even the schedules! Result: a discourteous departure to the port with a deposit without even accompanying us to the counter! We were on the verge of missing the boat because of this negligence. Average atmosphere: lots of noisy families - very basic rooms - poorly laid out beach - very far from everything.... This hotel certainly has the advantage of nature around it but that is not enough.
