Great hotel that provides a huge room, amazing service, and a great breakfast. The only shortcoming is that it’s really far from the city centre. You will need to spend about 30 minutes on the train to go downtown.

Convenient for a business trip in Kobe. Very close to a main train station. There is a swimming pool available to hotel guests, but unfortunately, the information pertaining to the use of the pool was absent, so I did not bring a swim suit and was very disappointed. The information for this hotel should be updated to clarify what the facilities are and what the conditions are (e.g. obligatory swim cap, use of room towels etc). Guests from overseas will be confused and disappointed, as I was.

the location was perfect for a conference I had at KCUFS. the first room smelled like smoke but we moved to another one that was fine. The hotel reminded me of Vegas Tropicana. Surrounding area was very convenient for what I needed. Beds were hard but otherwise everything was fine. thank you.

The location was really good, there’s a mall right beside the hotel with various food options, it was great specially during the winter to avoid long walks in the cold, my only dislike was the smell in the room, ir had a strong like old smell.
