PJ Princess Regency...AKA Rustic leisure pll.... Surrounded in un kept what can only be described as swamp land (hotel pond) pigeon poop all over the balcony, ***** with suspected rat droppings. Balcony furniture pulled out of near by skip. Room smelt like train station public toilets from the 80s. Staff asleep in reception. Pool.... well again the two sunbeds were also skip fodda, sweat stained and god knows what else... the pool was terrible. Broken, missing tiles sharp edges and broken and missing gully drain covers. There was even bare electrical wires in the pool This place shouldn't be taking bookings. It is a health hazard to anyone who stays there. My wife and i managed 4 hours and had to leave. I will add it was dark on arrival and as soon as it was day light the realisation hit us.... its was the hotel from hell.... currently awaiting tour operator to do the right thing.... reimburse me and strike off Rustic leisure lip. ******* very unhelpful where this is concerned. Seemed to want to wash there hands of it all at the moment. Be warned this is not a 4 star.... any star hotel.

Stay is very good overall. Comfortable and neat rooms with balcony view. Swimming pool is neat. Responsive hosting. Excpet one issue at that time is geyser did not work properly on and off at times due to some repair works. Other than that its recommended for its price.

Complicated switch system. Average maintenance.we couldn’t on the fan while our stay in the hotel.could not switch off some lights in the night

The staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. Giving useful suggestions of places to visit. Contacting tuk tuk or uber at a moments notice. Offering to show you how to fish in the pond. Explaining what all the edibles are. Thank You for such a wonderful holiday.

I stayed 28 days at this resort and the experience of my stay was very positive. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The service was excellent and accommodation was clean. When I arrived the reception staff Azna, Navya and Drissya made me very welcome. There was a very relaxing atmosphere and they made sure I had everything after my long and tiring journey. Vishu made sure my luggage 🧳 was in my room before I got there and also brought in the additional items I had requested from the resort. Every morning I looked forward to breakfast. The staff were always smiling and provided a good service. Good selection of items and freshly cooked 🍳. The Captain and Moshumi looked after me and were very helpful with my specific diet needs. Excellent service from house keeping. Sooriuj and Abhishek were very helpful and made sure my room was cleaned daily and appropriate toiletries available. As a solo female traveller safety and security is very important to me. This resort has very good security and I felt safe with the level of monitoring in place. There is always room for improvement and the resort needs to improve on their WiFi system. The other area is to have information on tours and travel for tourist. A heartfelt thank you to Navya, Azna and Drissya for their support and guidance. I would definitely return to this resort.

Please try to avoid this hotel Terrible.. requested additional key. Refused. AC didnt work. Informed. They couldnt do. Only air coming. No cold air. Always money oriented. Try to charge the money maximum. Paid for the meals separately. Still charged again. Double paid.
