Downstairs of the hotel is the Parco department store, and in the basement is the bus terminal for Haneda Airport.
Walk for 30 seconds and you will reach the central exit of Chofu Station.
You can take the Keio Line express train out of Shinjuku Station in 20-30 minutes.

A business hotel located on the upper floors of Chofu Parco.
The room had a simple, standard layout and all the necessary amenities were provided, so I had a comfortable stay.
