The location is perfect for family. Serene environment with direct access to the sea. The sea shore is very wide and nice with crystal clear water. The breakfast got a lot of choices and all tasty. The Natural Rock Restaurant serve quality food with affordable price. The fire show on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Live music on every Saturday night and culture musical performance on every Sunday night before the fire show.

Very welcome staff …. Quite and beautiful

No mango smoothie available for two days! In Thailand!!! Restaurant lasagne middle warm while the dish itself couldn’t be touched as it was the only hot thing. The Pool Pumps are high pitch streaming several times per day, which is very annoying. Restaurant „reserves“ table for non showing guest for hours. Prevent us from sitting at a nicer spot. And removed the reserved sign when we were done. Don’t Reserve seats… all this does is upset off other customers. The rooms were small and clean but the aircondition made a loud Sound very time the Compressor switched on. So sleeping well was not possible. The toilet Seat in the bath was just loosen attached an fall off on the time. Simple things no one seems to notice and fix… a bit disappointing Also be aware that you cannot lock your door and keep the ac running, as they use physical keys for the door, welded to the AC activation card.

The resort was clean and the setting ideal. I loved the ocean view right outside my cottage. The staff where friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this resort to couples or solo travelers.

Rooms are clean and big. Check in as check out is smooth. The bar and restaurant looks new. The rooms seems to be renoveted. But the suroundings need attention. Some parts of the wooden floor on the restaurant where shaking as we walked over it. The bathroom is updated but shower was was weak pressure and the Shower head need to be cleaned. The restaurant food was, amazing good en fair priced. Staff is helpful and friendly. Most customers where young guests and the bar near our room was a bit loud. After all it was a plus. But loved more our stay at Bang Bao, it was more peacefully and natural . We're an older couple 🙏🇹🇭

Overall, the hotel is decent. The location is excellent and the facilities are ok. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating due to the total lack of control in the beach area. The Issue: The "Towel Mafia" It seems there are people who live at the hotel permanently and take over the beach chairs very early in the morning. By 8:00 AM, all the chairs are empty but "reserved" with towels. When my girlfriend and I decided to use two chairs that had been unoccupied for over an hour, a man approached us in a very aggressive manner, claiming the chairs belonged to them simply because he had placed a towel there first. Lack of Staff Support The most disappointing part was the hotel's response: • At Reception: They confirmed that chairs cannot be reserved and that we were free to use them. • In Practice: This group of residents continued to disturb and harass us day after day. • Management: Despite being aware of the situation, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to mediate, enforce the rules, or explain the seating policy to these individuals. It is a shame that a place with such potential allows certain guests to intimidate others, ruining the peace of a vacation. If you are looking for a hotel where rules are respected and everyone is treated fairly, I would look elsewhere.

I have come back to my room and found some trainers that aren’t mine they are inside my room and I’m confused and feel very unsafe

The hotel is located next to the beach. There is a fire baton show. The staff provides good service, but the public areas are almost entirely filled with foreigners. There is no clear smoking area. People smoke everywhere. This place is not suitable for children, pregnant women, and the elderly. (In fact, Thai law has a clear rule against smoking in hotels and resorts, but the hotel has no such rule for customers.) It should be improved. โรงแรมที่พักติดชายหาด มีกิจกรรมควงกระบองไฟโชว์ พนักงานบริการดี แต่บริเวณส่วนรวมมีชาวต่างชาติเกือบทั้งหมด ไม่มีบริเวณสูบบุหรี่แน่ชัด สูบมั่วซั่วไปหมด สถานที่แห่งนี้ไม่เหมาะสมกับ เด็ก สตรมีครรภ์ และคนชรา (จริงๆกฏหมายไทยมีกฏห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในโรงแรม รีสอร์ทอย่างชัดเจน แต่โรงแรมไม่มีกฏข้อบังคับสำหรับลูกค้า) ควรปรับปรุง

Great location with a beautiful beach that's perfect for relaxing. It can get a bit crowded at times, but the overall atmosphere is pleasant. If you're looking for a scenic and lively spot, this is a great choice

Great resort generally, right on a lovely beach. Excellent restaurant facilities, fantastic food every time. Great swimming pool. Mould on shower heads by pool very off putting though, Why have they still not sorted that out? Room perfect and excellent bed, lovely bathroom, though shower wasn't very impressive. For a resort of this quality they really need to have better showers fitted. Fantastic staff throughout. On the whole I would definitely recommend a stay here and I would stay again

I love the place especially the beach and pool , and the food as well. The sunset view was amazing , the service was excellent and they were friendly. I want to visit there again.

The best place for me

I've been coming to this location for a decade. I've never had a bar experience. The surrounding areas were hit hard by Covid, but Nature Beach Resort has maintained it's quality. Very relaxing, good food and excellent value.
