Our 1st stay at Chada Lanta Resort and we’re already planning to come back!😍 The pool is amazing and great for kids. The location is perfect..just a short walk to the beach and close to local attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great place to chill. Highly recommended!

Front desk not very welcoming when check in. Did the job checking in and explaining the deposit, room, breakfast restaurant, beach location.
Issued us the room key and informed us the room direction, then we realised the check in is completed and we can be on the way to the room (1st time without hotel staff of this type/size of resort bringing us, not a big deal).
Strangely one staff did "pop up" after we left the reception building, offer to bring us to the room. We rejected since we figured we can manage.
One good point is we get to check in earlier than the designated time.
Room has unpleasant smell when first enter, but got use to it after a day (after house keeping next day).
Room size is big, has a bath tub (did not use), a bed room and living room. No TV in bed room, TV in living room but limited TV program.
Have two huge pool, one among the blocks, one nearer to the beach.
Initial impression was not great, but after a few days, got used and get to enjoy the stay.
Good location (good local restaurants, convenient store, laundry shop nearby), great pool, breakfast consider ok but could be better.
Stayed during the end of the popular season, resort not crowded.
Will I stay again?
Yes, for the pool and during low season, less tourists.
No, will try out other resorts along the same stretch of the beach.

A wonderful hotel with most friendly personnel! We went here at low season and breakfast choices were limited but still very satisfying! I highly recommend this hotel! We definitively want to come back!

Great relaxing place for holidaying, food was good, pools were huge and close to some really great local restaurants. We absolutely loved Chef Chalong and El Greco..

Nice huge hotel, it has 3 big swimming pool, room were big and spacious. Breakfast selection was excellent, heads up for the kitchen staff, really enjoyed our breakfast.
I do see some bad reviews on the room condition and furniture, which is untrue. The hotel is in good condition or perfect condition.

It was a dream. Beautiful and excellent food. Loved it. The spa was overpriced. The pools were perfect. It was a relaxing experience and I will return.

We moved to the resort after another not so good experience for one night on another beach. The resort is nicely located on the beach we think is the nicest to stay at if you do not want the extremely quiet experience. It is also conveniently located close to town. The breakfast buffet is very good, the pool areas great and the beach as well. The restaurant offers a dinner buffet which I think needs rethinking. We did not try the gym or the massage services which seemed expensive though. The resort is very green and on the plus side they have some resident monitor lizard which they sometimes feed close to the breakfast area. The rooms are ok but not great and could perhaps be cleaned more thoroughly. However, after intending to stay 4 nights we stay 4 nights so it was a good experience after all. We were not really impressed by the island initially but it grew on us and now we actually like it and its vibe along the beach at night a lot.
