Stylish Room & Perfect Beachfront Location
I had a great stay at Phangan Bayshore. The room was beautifully designed — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right on Haad Rin Beach with soft white sand just steps away.
One of my favourite moments was lying down on the fine sand right in front of the hotel — simple but unforgettable. 🌊
Don’t miss the hotel’s restaurant, Sand & Tan — it’s stunning with an amazing beach view and a relaxing vibe, perfect for a drink or dinner by the sea.
Overall, a perfect stay. Great design, great location, and a place I’d definitely return to. 👌

First off, don’t go to this hotel for the next month, it’s a construction site undergoing massive renovations. Construction noise all day, can’t stay in the room, can’t sit by the pool.
Trip omitted mentioning this when I booked it!
Hotel staff are mostly nice except for the sour woman in charge whose job it is to fob you off when you complain about the noise. All the other staff look embarrassed by her.
Hotel won’t book you a taxi pickup so you have to run the gauntlet of the Taxi cartel at the port. Also can’t get a Bolt or Grab for same reason. Hotel Breakfast is mediocre, room has no telephone so have to walk to reception for everything.
On the whole the hotel might be nice once the work has finished, but right now it’s a disaster so don’t go. There are 50 other better hotels to stay at in Koh Phagnan that are not construction sites

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay — their hospitality really stood out. However, the breakfast was quite basic and could use more variety. The pool wasn’t very clean, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there was ongoing renovation work in the neighboring building, which made things a bit noisy at times. Overall, the service was great, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The hotel has a good location and good quality rooms. However, I really didn’t like the hotel’s attitude towards the issue of distributing sun loungers by the pool. All the time they are booked with someone (put down a towel), and there are no people themselves either at the sunbeds or at the pool. As a result, the sunbeds are empty all day, but you cannot occupy them. When contacting employees, they ignore this problem. For example, I attach 2 photos (2 were taken at 7 am - all the sunbeds were already occupied and there was no one there). During the 10 days I was there, I was never able to spend time with them. As for me, this is an indicator of disgusting service from the hotel and this must definitely be corrected in the future
