This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel.
We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel.
There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well.
We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Very warm and professional service, great food. I stayed 3 nights with my family. we need to catch an evening flight, and I talked with Pei Pei, she helped to sort out late checkout which is very kind. Excellent experience!

Great hospitality and super friendly staff. The butler service is great and attentive. I tried the spa and the environment is relaxing and very clean. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.
