La Vida Samui

The hotel is almost new with very beautiful grounds. It's a bit small but convenient and has everything you need, including a few small pools. There are plenty of sun loungers, always some available. It's located near shops, cafes, and a 7-Eleven. However, there's no sea for swimming; it looks more like a swamp. The breakfasts were the most delicious out of the seven hotels we stayed at this month, with red fish and a variety of fruits.

The hotel is very charming, just like in the photos. Everything is well thought out; although the rooms are small, they come with a capsule coffee machine, mosquito repellent, slippers, a bathrobe, and even a beach bag. Our room was on the ground floor and felt a bit damp, but it wasn't noticeable with the air conditioning running. There's beach access, but swimming isn't allowed. The nearest swimmable beach is a 15-minute walk along the shore. The pool also isn't very comfortable to get into, with metal ladders, which is a clear design and comfort flaw given the lack of sea swimming. Otherwise, it's all positives: the breakfast is superb, with plenty of fruits, cold cuts, including jamón and red fish. I recommend it for families without children.

Everything was great. This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was top-notch. The service was warm and attentive. I recommend it.
