I booked a deluxe room with sea view. The room was on the ground floor with a view to the pool. Technically, you could see at the very end of the long pool, between the heads of the people swimming, the blue of the sea. It is very disappointing to book a sea view room and get this, it is not the room in the pictures. Lightning was awful, very bright. You could have of all light on or none of them.

The hotel rooms are very beautiful and of high quality. You have a beautiful view. But the beach is not good for swimming. There are shops around but the location is not very convenient. It is far and access to other places requires a taxi.

Seven Eleven and Lotus nearby hotel. This hotel has beach. Breakfast is served at the restaurant opposite the hotel.

The outside view of the hotel is stunning, but inside the room, there are quite a few mosquitoes, and the amenities seem a bit old. However, for this price, it’s a great deal. If you’re planning to explore Bangrak Beach, I’d recommend it!

Arrived to find that the room we booked wasn’t available as the air conditioning was broken. They made out that they had upgraded us but then took us next door to an old villa in a scruffy garden. We were only there for one night, had prepaid, and couldn’t find anywhere else so had but option but to stay. Room was ok. Had our included breakfast at a restaurant across the street. Was quite good. Went to sunbathe after breakfast. The sunbeds were soaking wet and had bird poo in them. The staff weren’t interested in cleaning and preparing the pool area for their guests.
Wouldn’t stay again, scruffy hotel.

Nice room breakfast ok but had to cross a busy road to go to the restaurant sometimes had assistance
Pool opened too late 12.pm midnight so very noisy
Not much of a beach so very disappointed as did not travel all this way to sit around a pool side!
Staff Nice,friendly had dinner on beach food was cold and as I was solo I got mine last

Overall ok but very expensive for what you got
