Samui Natien Resort

A very cozy resort with clean grounds and responsive staff. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and water was replenished. It has a fridge, safe, and hairdryer. I wish there were more places to store clothes, and there was a severe lack of hooks in the bathroom. The power outlets were weak; chargers barely stayed in them. It seems the plugs have loosened over time, even though the renovation is generally new. Unfortunately, the room smelled of mold. I'm not sure if this is an issue in other rooms. Overall, I liked the hotel and recommend it, but pay attention to the tide seasons. We arrived during low tide, so we couldn't swim in the sea directly in front of the hotel. However, you can walk to the right along the beach to find a spot with normal depth.

The hotel is very cozy and perfectly located near all the main cafes and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and it's clear they've been renovated relatively recently. It's a 15-minute walk to Samui Central, and there's a 7/11 next to the hotel, along with an inexpensive but good quality laundry service. The staff is polite, and the restaurant workers are very courteous, always ready to help with any request. Housekeeping is regular. Breakfasts are standard without being overly extravagant, but everything is very fresh and delicious, and there were always 5 types of fresh fruit. The hotel grounds are compact but very beautiful and clean. The only thing tourists visiting during the low tide season need to be aware of is that you won't be able to swim on the beach directly in front of the hotel because it's too shallow. However, this didn't bother us – we just walked 8-10 minutes along the coastline to the right and had a great swim. There are plenty of places along the beach where you can easily rent sun loungers.

The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute drive to the airport. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The front desk service was excellent, and they tried their best to accommodate all our requests. The room had great air conditioning, was clean and tidy, and we could walk right out to the beach. Although the pool is a bit small, it's perfectly adequate. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely choose this place again next time.

We stayed at Samui Natien Resort and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, literally steps away from Chaweng Beach, which is a huge plus: the sea is right there, and you can go for a walk or a swim anytime. The hotel grounds were particularly pleasing – lots of greenery, everything well-maintained, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, almost like being in a small tropical garden. The ambiance really sets the mood for a relaxed vacation. On the downside, the air conditioning in the room was a problem. It was incredibly noisy, almost like a tractor in a field. This, unfortunately, seriously affected the quality of our sleep; it was uncomfortable to rest at night. Otherwise, the hotel is good, with an excellent location and pleasant grounds. If they fix the issue with the air conditioners, it would be an almost perfect option for a holiday in Samui.

The location is super convenient; you can walk right along the beach all the way to Central. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the security guards at the entrance are also very polite. While breakfast was pretty basic, the hotel's biggest plus is how quiet it is. It might be small, but it has everything you need. The facilities are a bit old, but it's charming and compact. And the beach view is absolutely fantastic!

Highly recommended, clean and quiet. The most beautiful beach section in Samui. Away from the Chaweng chaos but still reachable in 5 minutes.
