A Relaxing Stay with Warm and Wonderful Service
We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 child, and overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
We were especially delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the Jacuzzi Villa. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Even with an extra bed for our child, there was still plenty of space and it never felt cramped. We also loved having the private courtyard, which was a lovely little space to sit, relax and enjoy some quiet time.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, polite and always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to Ms. Kob, who was exceptionally warm and helpful. She was always willing to assist us and made us feel very well taken care of. Her genuine hospitality really added to our experience.
The breakfast was good as well, with a decent variety of choices. For guests who prefer stronger and spicier Thai flavours, the food may taste a little milder than expected, but we still enjoyed the selection.
The location is another plus. The beach is within walking distance, so it was very convenient to enjoy the seaside without having to drive. It gave us a very relaxing holiday atmosphere.
There are a few areas where the property could benefit from some maintenance and improvement. In our villa, some sections of the wooden flooring were slightly raised and may need attention for safety and comfort. The parking area is also quite steep, which can feel a little challenging, although the staff were helpful and could assist with parking arrangements.
For families with older children, one thing to consider is that the shower area does not have much privacy or a proper screen, so this may be more suitable for couples or families with younger children.
Despite these small points, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The spacious villa, relaxing atmosphere, friendly service and convenient access to the beach made our experience very enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, and we would be happy to return in the future. 💛
