Very beautiful, the room's courtyard is spacious, and the staff are warm and friendly. The hotel restaurant makes great cocktails; you can enjoy a drink there in the evening and listen to the sound of the waves.

We had a very quiet and romantic stay in the sarann Koh Samui, perfect for couples who want privacy and a peaceful environment. The location and amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. However, the bed was a bit too soft for our preference, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor during our stay, and one of the lamps in the room was not working. Overall, it’s a lovely place for a romantic getaway, but a few small improvements would make the experience even better.

We recently stayed at the Sarann Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were professional and attentive. Our room was neatly cleaned every day, and fresh water was always provided. The pool was a highlight and definitely one of the top features of the hotel. On the downside, we did notice an unpleasant odor near the drains when walking from our room to the lobby and restaurant area. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was not great; it took a long time to fill the bathtub. The TV channels were limited, and we didn't really use the television during our stay. Another factor to consider is the location. The hotel sits at a corner, making it a bit tricky and potentially dangerous to cross the road due to traffic from both sides. Lastly, the beach near the hotel wasn’t very clean, with quite a bit of litter washed up, but that’s not something the hotel can control. The resturant's food is the best we've had on the island. 10/10 In summary, the Saran Hotel is a good choice for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and lovely pool, though there are a few areas that could use improvement

Deluxe room 213 was good and spacious with big bath, but has a loud noise from neighbors house ac. There is very good beach for swimming. Nice swimming pool. Perfect breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our stay at the Sarann was unforgettable! Our room was so big and luxurious we were stunned- it had a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and a jacuzzi hot tub on the patio! The room had a massive bed, seating area and closet, and of course it had AC and hot water! The views from the restaurant and pool are STUNNING, and the beach is right on the door step that gives you access to more bars and restaurants and also water sports! We ate at the resort restaurant every night with endless menu options to choose from all being delicious and reasonably priced! All the staff were so kind and friendly and always making sure you have everything you need! The reception staff also spoke good English! Overall our stay at the Sarann was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!!
