Chi Samui Resort

Resort is in a quiet location. Very clean room and facilities. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. But it's time to refresh some of the amenities like bed is very old, lift and restaurant fans were not working.

We had a pleasant stay at this resort! The price was reasonable, the room was very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and nice. It can be a little difficult to find the location, but overall, it’s highly recommended!

Very beautiful hôtel and the staff is really on top, always here to help, smiley and nice. We had a 3 nights there in the one bedroom , the sofa is incredible, the bed is good too very comfy, we had an issue with the AC noise but they changed our room and then it was perfect 👌🏼, I really recommand this hotel, they have a good quality service and its very Nice to make pictures, also the pool is awesome and you have free bed from the beach club Chi , they also help you with their shuttle and they are always available thanks to their app to communicate

It was really beyond our expectations, the service, how nice everyone was, the restaurant with great food, a great pool. A 10/10 experience.

I would say firstly the staff working here were superb they were very friendly and did everything they could to help. However, we were under the impression that we could use the beach club and that guests had priority. We went to reception on Saturday morning to be told the beach club was fully booked until Wednesday. We were not the only guests with this issue. We booked Chi Samui as even though it wasn’t on the beach, we’d be able to use the beach club, even despite the reception team trying to make it work we were told we couldn’t. This meant we were limited to the pool area however, there are a very limited number of sun loungers. There are around 80 rooms and we counted roughly 25 sunloungers. People were often left without sun loungers and just sitting by the pool instead. The food and drinks are incredibly expensive, London prices definitely not Thailand prices. The sofa in the bedroom was stained and the kitchen area in the rooms is very dated. We also were told every room had a pool view, ours (18), did not, it had the roof view of the BBQ area. We do want to express this is nothing to do with the staff who were fantastic, this is due to poor design of the hotel and obvious greed from the owners to prioritise outside bookings for the beach club over the guests in their hotel.

Beautiful resort, large room which was clean and had everything we needed. Great pool, however we had to ensure to be there early as people left their towels on the beds early in the morning. Guests also have access to the beachclub which includes free sunbed reservation, however ensure to do this at least one day in advance as it books up quickly. Food at resort and beach club was nice, however on the more expensive side. The resort is a far distance away from anything however they have a shuttle that you can use for free to get to the 7/11 & beach club, they can also take you to other places but we just used grab for this. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
