Great location by the beach Chaweng-Choeng beach walking distance to restaurants and bars and shopping super nice staff. The food is good

Pros: The hotel is located right on the beachfront. That is the only positive thing about this hotel. Cons: The rooms are extremely tired and poorly maintained. When you take a shower, the water that drains from the shower area floods the floor around the toilet. If you need to use the toilet afterwards, you literally have to stand in dirty water. It is absolutely disgusting. The room doors DO NOT LOCK PROPERLY. Anyone can enter your room. This is completely unacceptable and makes you feel unsafe. But the worst thing that happened to us is that $900 was stolen from our room. This was the only day during our stay when we requested room cleaning. We reported the theft to the police. The hotel manager promised to contact us once the police provided the results of the fingerprint investigation. However, the hotel has now stopped communicating with us completely. I have contacted them several times on WhatsApp, but they do not respond. Be aware that there was a theft in this hotel, and the management appears to be doing nothing about it. If you are considering staying here, think twice and do not leave any valuables in your room.

Overall, our stay was good. Got an free upgraded room. Resort in a good location, easy access to anywhere in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. The sand deck was nice. Loved the pools. Nice stay!

Bathroom has outward design which very narrow for both side of shower and toilet bowl … the water pressure is good enuf.. and the bed sheet seems a bit rough and sticky .. overall ok

Very nice Hotel. I got a Update from the Girls at the Reception. Nice Room direct at a quiet Pool. Early Check-In was no Problem. AC was strong, Room Clean and great Breakfast Restaurant.

Excellent service and near the beach

The positive thing about this place is that it is extremely centrally located on Chaweng beach with walking distance to the beach front and the big mall nearby, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to tours and transportation. The staffs are friendly and the house-cleaning seems to be great also. There are some downsides, however. 1. The breakfast was extremely crowded especially in the morning with very very limited options. I once saw about dozens of people simultaneously handing tickets for the only chef at the egg station, which resulted in very long wait time (I didn't even get the food, they lost the ticket). 2. The other guests are extremely loud at all hours of the day even deep at night. The hotel should really implement a quiet hour policy. 3. There were also a lot of trash on the beach in front of the hotel and no one is bothering to pick it up. All facilities are massively over-utilized and the entire place feels crowded. 4. The room felt very old and (understandably) damp, with very poor Wifi reception. The overall Wifi reception at this hotel is poor and occasionally the Wifi is just completely down. 5. The restaurant was on the expensive side. You do have to walk a bit to find more reasonable prices (for me).

Stayed one night here and the location of the hotel was why we chose the hotel in the first place. It had great location to the main street with shops, bars and restaurants all in walking distance from our room. Right by the beach with lounge style sun beds, bar and restaurant beside a small pool area. They also had cool plunge pools. We left early in the morning so didn’t have time to try their breakfast but they had friendly service in the reception from check-in to check-out. Quite simple rooms but with everything you need, lived in attached styled bungalows with the entrance from the resorts garden, with a small terrace which was nice.

RIght on the beach and in the centre of Chaweng. Pool was a bit small. The breakfasts although having a good selection, well cooked and presented were stone cold every day because there was nothing in place to keep food warm. The one exception being the freshly made dishes prepared by the egg chefs which were excellent.
