View Point Resort

Nestled in a lovely and quiet area, this location boasts an amazing pool area. However, our main highlight was their restaurant. The food selection is incredible! Every dish we ordered was of high quality and delicious. Shout out to all the friendly staff in the restaurant!

I've been to Koh Tao before but this hotel is my favourite. I always believe you can tell customer service by communication beforehand and they answered me promptly every single time I had a question. The little huts are beautiful like you're in the jungle. From the moment we've arrived the guy who picked us up at the pier , the girl( Chin) don't know spelling and the guys at breakfast ( you know who you are) and the manager woman at breakfast who work just as hard as all the staff to make this place nice and inviting. They all contribute to a really feeling of belonging and at the same time being professional. I can't wait to return to show my husband this amazing place. Thanks guys. We spent a week at View Point in a beach view cottage and enjoyed every moment. The accommodation was great, spacious, views for miles, private & quiet. The best surprise was being able to walk round the bay, and into the town, which gave us freedom to explore during our stay - I was initially worried we would be too isolated but there’s plenty to explore on foot nearby. We took a taxi to Sairee Beach & would recommend using the hotel taxi service, it was prompt & reasonable value. Breakfast was different every day & the staff were smiley & helpful. This place is paradise, for anybody looking for peace & solitude surrounded by beautiful gardens with a beautiful pool & beach on the doorstep - this is the one!

Really nice property away from the busy towns full of travellers. Very peaceful if you want to just relax there. You can walk round to freedom beach and sharks bay albeit it is a walk. On the way there’s other places to eat and dive. Hotels runs a free shuttle 3 times a week to one of the towns. Otherwise they offer a taxi service at 100thb pp each way. Rooms are lovely Water provided Pool is lovely Restaurant and bar was nice Breakfast was offered. Be aware there are a lot of steep steps at this property so it’s not suitable for everyone. It’s also out the way so you need either a moped or a taxi to go anywhere beyond what’s near the hotel.

There's nothing wrong with the hotel, the pool villa we stayed in, or the entire property. It was perfectly fine and beautiful. However, it was noticeable that Western management was present during the day until around five o'clock, and after that, once they left, the staff paid much less attention to the guests. This was the only hotel during our vacation where this was particularly noticeable. Furthermore, the sea right by the hotel is quite shallow and full of dead coral, so bring water shoes. Aow Leuk beach, a bit further away, is, however, one of the most beautiful snorkeling spots we've ever been to. Fine hotel but we will choose another one in this price range next time.

Family of 4 with 2 grown up children. We stayed in Pool Villa 3. Great location in quite area which we enjoy. Still only 10 minutes walk along bay to a city. Resort also offers transport to rest of Island for fair price. 5 minutes walk to small calm beach with perfect snorkeling opportunities. Resort is placed naturally in the area so it doesn’t feel like a hotel. Friendly professional staff that were always very helpful. Spacious Villa with all we needed and wonderful sceneries overlooking the ocean from bedrooms and the wonderful private pool. We all loved everything about our stay at View Point Resort and give it our best recommendations.

We stayed in pool villa 3 and had a perfect stay. The view from the Villa is stunning and everything about our stay was wonderful. The beds were super comfy and the outdoor bathrooms were something different. It is possible to walk into the small town to some lovely restaurants, the restaurant at the resort is also good - lots of choice.

We had GREAT 3 day, 2 night stay at VIEW POINT RESORT, although the weather was stormy, windy and rain. We could not snorkel due to weather conditions, so we stayed at the resort all the time. The food was exceptional, tasty, and fresh. Good selection between Thai and Western cuisine. ALL staff were friendly and very helpful. A special mention to VICTORIA,restaurant manager, because no request , restaurant, or any other resort service was too much effort and always excecuted to perfection. I LOVED the stay in POOL VILLA 4 and will definitely be back. LORÉTA VAN DIJK
