Bow Thong Beach Resort

A positive point to be objective, the situation! At the edge of the beach and quiet. The rooms are aging, especially the plumbing. In 2 bungalows, a shower problem and a toilet flush problem is a lot in 3 days. But the real problem comes from the staff: At breakfast, a man who speaks neither English nor Thai comes muttering unintelligible words, and brings you coffee, half in the cup, half in the saucer. We come to clean at 8:30 a.m. Not ready to leave? The cleaning will not be done! As for the boss, whose smile only appears when she can extract a few extra baht from you, she claimed to have "upgraded" us to bungalows opposite a bungalow under construction whose workers began using hammers and jigsaws from 8 a.m. in the morning... What can I say? To avoid !

The property is located at the end of the beach, in a very quiet and panoramic position, and offers two types of accommodation: beach huts and two-storey buildings. I recommend asking for hut 001, directly on the beach. The resort is run by two sisters who do not speak English very well and with whom you have to insist a little to obtain services. As in most Thai places, if you want to pay by credit card the price is increased by 3%, but it is always cheaper than the commissions on ATM withdrawals. We found ourselves with pareos (and microfibre towels) literally eaten by moths. Who must be really ravenous because they even ate my kway backpack...

The resort only reopened after Corona last month. We had a beachfront bungalow for a week. The bungalow with AC in a great location, cleanly prepared and the facilities were cleaned every day. Top price/performance.

Un petit paradis difficile à quitter. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la responsable qui a su une fois profiter d’un superbe bungalow alors que nous étions prévu dans un bungalow classique. les quelques chiens qui sont dans la résidence ne sont pas du tout dérangeant, nous ne les avons pas entendu du tout aboyer. la plage est magnifique!!! Vous y trouverez des transats et le restaurant. Le plus de cette résidence et qu’elle est située au bout de la plage de Saïree, mais au calme donc pas de nuisance sonore le soir. Vous y trouverez tous les restaurants que vous souhaitez le long à la plage et les commerces sont à proximité.
