The neighborhood is very noisy with drums and bass at night between 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.
The breakfast is very diverse and it's good!
Customer reception is reduced to giving the key. We would have liked to be informed of WiFi availability and breakfast times.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean and there were leftovers in the toilet. It was very loud at night as there is a disco or club directly behind the hotel. It was very loud until 3:00 a.m. so that sleeping was impossible, and until 5:00 a.m. it was loud enough that you could hear it. Doors, walls and windows were very thin so you could always hear something from the hallway or next door. The parking spaces are not at the hotel but some distance away in a public car park. The price/performance ratio is completely out of sync - once and never again.

The hotel has no elevator and no private parking, although it is stated as such. Free parking is only possible in a public parking lot about 300-400 meters away. It is better to park in parking garage 7 in the city of Rosenheim. It costs 10 euros per 24 hours and is only about 200 meters away. The rooms are a bit shabby. The breakfast is very good. The city center is only a few steps away.

Very clean hotel in a perfect location near the city center, very good breakfast and above all extremely friendly and competent staff.
Unfortunately, our room was on the street side above a bar - that was a bit noisy during the night... that's just how it is on a weekend in a city

The inn is run by very friendly, empathetic staff. When you book it, you know that you can expect something rustic and hearty, and that's exactly how it is. The rooms are fine and clean, the location is perfect for day trips, the free car park is easy to reach on foot, and there is also a paid car park directly in front of and behind the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient for our taste. All in all, the price-performance ratio is right.

We arrived within the listed check-in time, but found no one at the front desk. There was a sign with information, but only in German. Otherwise nice stay. Recommended only for a single night on the drive to warmer climes
