I m writing this review while still staying at their rooms on the wedding day 12th feb. This is my own devars wedding, and the receptionist a lady is rude arrogant and management is at its worst. Charges are same as 3 star hotel but it's worst than a lodge as well, they bluntly tell no for tea for guest when I ask and always tells we will talk with groom, will groom do the marriage or give food orders. Keep the receiver of the phone up so that we can't call them, misbehave with guests and ask them to come down and do talking.worst worst worst management.. I will get the name of lady receptionist as well and edit this review. So mrs, Saha owner high time u manage this hotel and lady. Customer service should be top priority. All useless manager don't know even how to talk with people.
