I m writing this review while still staying at their rooms on the wedding day 12th feb. This is my own devars wedding, and the receptionist a lady is rude arrogant and management is at its worst. Charges are same as 3 star hotel but it's worst than a lodge as well, they bluntly tell no for tea for guest when I ask and always tells we will talk with groom, will groom do the marriage or give food orders. Keep the receiver of the phone up so that we can't call them, misbehave with guests and ask them to come down and do talking.worst worst worst management.. I will get the name of lady receptionist as well and edit this review. So mrs, Saha owner high time u manage this hotel and lady. Customer service should be top priority. All useless manager don't know even how to talk with people.

Very quite and calm place to stay in an urban location..enjoyed the silence and surrounding.. hospitality was up to the mark..and the interiors are v good..staff was courteous and breakfast was good..

this restaurant showed me great options like seprate places to sit for smokers or a roof top with garden like inviroment and liked the hommos alot and it is an arabic kind food and also staff working here were all working hard to give us 100percents satisfaction

Nicely located in Newtown near axis mall, New property, staff behavior is good..one can experience different vibe every time you check in..all the interiors are different from one another.Park can be viewed from balcony.

Nice place to stay in..beautiful interior..hard to find such an accomodation in a place like this..should be near big road.staff behaviour is very polite..location is good.awaiting for the spicy food menu.

Mis cuatro días han sido increíbles. Hotel nuevo y muy limpio. Buena conexión a internet y aire acondicionado silencioso. Cama muy cómoda. En la mejor zona de Kolkata. En el nuevo Kolkata. Barrio muy tranquilo y acogedor. Repetiré.
