JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata

We had a perfect stay for our honeymoon. Really nice view from the room and even a cake that was waiting for us. Special thanks to annuchka , Toshi and Asif . They all be very caring during our stay

I had a fantastic experience at JW Marriott Kolkata. Arnab, Bipul, and Imran from the Concierge team were very supportive and helpful. They helped me find one of the best tour guides in Kolkata, Mr. Anup Saha, who made my journey in Kolkata impressive and memorable! Mr. Huda was a very nice and reliable driver during my stay. He drove smoothly and carefully, always making sure that I was safe and comfortable throughout my journeys. I would also like to thank the Front Desk team. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but when I explained that I was travelling alone and would prefer not to stay in a room with a connecting door, they helped me arrange a room change. The breakfast was also perfect. It gave me a wonderful opportunity to experience a wide variety of Indian dishes. A heartfelt thanks to every member of the JW Marriott Kolkata team for making my first stay in India so comfortable, safe, and memorable.

That’s a nice place where you can spend your time. Clean room and great food. It is so sweet to have some fruits presence.

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Kusum was very kind and professional and even changed the room according to our need. Breakfast was with good spread as usual for JW standards. Only setback, too many guests. Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely. Satisfied, No regrets

Had a wonderful stay at Kolkata Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent amenities and great hospitality throughout our stay. A special mention to Bipul, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made such a difference. It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out, and Bipul’s care and attention did exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm and enjoyable stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata!
