Clothes were left in the closet of the room. I told the hotel exactly where the clothes were, which wardrobe and which hanger. I called several times but did not respond, and finally said no. At that time, the Tokyo InterContinental lost a suitcase key and the hotel could find it and send it to Osaka. I have a better impression of the Tokyo InterContinental, and the hotel service quality has been achieved.

We enjoyed our stay at Koloa very much. It was conveniently located, the pool is amazing, the staff is very nice, and the property is well maintained and beautiful!

Property was very nice, has a great pool and plenty of lounge chairs to relax. I would be nice to have another restaurant on property to choose from, staff at bar and restaurant were friendly. The coffee machine at the market was broke down one day into our stay and was not available for the week of our stay so we had to go off property for coffee in the morning. No sand beach at property but walk to Sheraton was only 10 minutes to get to beach.

The property is amazing and every staff member from reception to housekeeping to towel hut very congenial. There were a couple of broken things in the apartment and they were seen to immediately by staff Mahalo

This is such a lush & beautiful property - very quiet especially because we had a unit near the end of he property facing the ocean!
I loved that it was at the very end of the road, furthest away from the other big hotels. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away - which was totally fine.
Poipu park beach was beautiful, but also popular & very busy!
This hotel has the one restaurant on site, which is great - however, I think it could at least one more, so there could be some choice.
I did appreciate the shuttle that was available at all times if you wanted to go get groceries, be taken to a hike nearby or to the village shops & other restaurants.

One bedroom unit was very luxurious. Well equipped. Great washer dryer, fridge. The pool was spectacular. Location close to Starbucks and beach. What more could you want!
