My Year Apart-Hotel is a four-story apartment complex with its own small but stylish territory: landscape design, interior pond, playground. On the territory of the complex there are 2 pavilions, a barbecue grill, a swimming pool, a sauna, billiards - everything for the pleasure and relaxation of guests.
More than 20 species of plants grow in our park. These are apple trees, pears, red and black currants, grapes, gooseberries, ornamental blue spruces and arborvitae, as well as a huge variety of shrubs and flowers. Enjoy a pleasant stay and exquisite Russian nature.
The general fund consists of 10 spacious bright rooms of a studio layout.
The European-style rooms are equipped with a wardrobe panel for clothes, air conditioning, a luggage cabinet, a flat-screen cable TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, a hairdryer, slippers, a set of towels and universal toiletries.
Video-surveilled parking is available on site. It offers free Wi-Fi, room service, personal safe, taxi call, children's playground.
Guests can optionally rent a barbecue area with all the necessary equipment.

Не стоит своих денег совсем! Снимала номер июль за почти 14 тыс рублей за ночь. 1. Номер сырой и пахнет 2. Душевая кабина в плесени 3. Скол на раковине (если не заметить, можно сильно порезаться) 4. Очень хорошо слышались утехи соседей! Шумоизоляции нет 5. Кровать скрипит, (спала одна) ножка кровати треснутая 6. Грязное белье! Пятна вина или крови не отстиранные на пододеяльнике 7. Телевизор над входной дверью 8. В номере нет чая и кофе 9. Питание - оставляет желать лучшего. В ужине попалась часть кости в мясе. Было больно. Да ещё и не очень вкусно, а точнее совсем не вкусно. 10. Полотенца убитые, им на помойку уже пора. Отвратительные ощущения остались, испорченный отдых за такие деньги!. Понравились сотрудники. Отзывчивые и стараются чтобы гостю было комфортно. Вежливые и оперативные.

Посещали по работе. В отеле чисто, что очень радует. Вежливый персонал, принимают раньше по договорённости. Это важно! Постельное новое, без дыр и посторонних запахов. Остались довольны!

Одно из лучших заведений для семейного отдыха! Попав сюда, я оказалась в сказке. В номерах все чисто и аккуратно! Уютно и со вкусом. Персонал вежливый , готов помочь в любых вопросах. Кухня с наивкуснейшими блюдами!!! Хочу выразить благодарность за теплый прием. Обязательно вернёмся к вам снова

Остались очень довольны отдыхом! Номер содержался в идеальной чистоте, уборка проводилась ежедневно, постельное бельё и полотенца всегда свежие. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. Особенно порадовало питание – **вкусно, разнообразно и качественно**. Завтраки обильные, с выбором горячих и холодных блюд, а ужины радовали интересными вариантами (мясо, рыба, гарниры, десерты). Всегда свежие фрукты и выпечка. Рекомендую тем, кто ценит комфорт и хорошую кухню!
