My party of four enjoyed the beer bath, the quality of the hotel itself, the beer and the massage therapy staff. Just about everything else was not impressive. I had my massage requests either cancelled, moved, or re-arranged three times in two days. We found the “Cave” restaurant to be awful. The food was bad for three of us. The fourth person normally eats anything you put in front of him. Fried Cheese was right out of the freezer package. My Goulash with two types of dumplings was practically inedible. Four bite sized pieces of meat and some sauce (tasted good), the dumplings were awful. The Haxe was boiled till it was black and tasted very bland. The service was rude, tried to push us to order when we were enjoying our first beer after a six-hour drive from central Germany. The waitress actually showed me her palms in an attempt to hurry us ordering. The receptionist was incompetent and rude. She messed up our beer bath times, our massage times and the types and lengths of the massages that we wanted. At check out she had the audacity to get loud with me. We will never, ever set foot in that place again. PS – one employee told me the restaurant was much better a few years ago, and the owner is in the process of replacing the Czechs with Ukrainians so he can pay them less. Never again.

Das Hotel ist ein Bierhotel in einer Brauerei oder umgekehrt. Man kann dort auch ein Bierbad buchen .. sollte man auf jeden Fall probieren. Auch das eisenhaltige Mineralwasser der Brauerei schmeckt super (Il Sano). Neben dem Hotel im alten Teil der Brauerei sieht man tatsächlich noch ein Storchenpaar auf einem Schlot. Das Hotel ist in schöne Natur eingebettet. Die Liegeweise im Hotel hat besonders gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch voll in Ordnung. Das Bad mit der runden Dusche hat besonders gefallen. Einzig die Zimmertüren fallen zu schnell und zu laut zu und die Matratze war etwas sehr weich (Luxusprobleme). Aber ansonsten absolut nix zu meckern. Man kann mit oder ohne Halbpension buchen. Wenn man keine Halbpension hat kann man in die zwei Brauerei-Restaurants in der Nähe gehen mit moderaten Preisen,aber bei beiden gehörig Hunger mitbringen .. die Portionen sind echt groß. Unbedingt den Felsenkeller besuchen zum Abendessen schon wegen dem Ambiente. Zum Frühstück gibt es alles was man braucht und es hat nix gefehlt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Check in etc. alles schnell und nett. Besonders die Parkmöglichkeit im abgesperrten Innenhof gefällt den Deutschen damit ihr wichtigster Besitz das Auto geschützt ist :) Wir wurden rundum gut informiert, supoer betreuut und sehr gut versorgt, was will man mehr ? Eger (Cheb), Marienbad, Franzensbad und Karlsbad könnne mit dem Auto schnell erreicht und besichtigt werden. Das ehemalige Sudetenland ist einfach schön von der Natur her.

Ездила на одну ночь-специально для посещения пивного СПА.В отеле очень чисто и достаточно хорошие комнаты,можно сказать лучше чем 3 звезды,но интернетом могла пользоваться только коридоре. Массаж был просто отвратительный и длился 35 минут вместо 50 минут. Массажистка была крайне неприветлива и даже агрессивна. В ваннах понравилось очень и обслуживала уже другая и очень приятная женщина.Бассейн и сауна открыты только до 19.00 и это совершенно не приемлемо в СПА отеле.В целом впечатление 50/50.Думаю цена на комнаты завышена.Думаю туда больше не поеду и советовать другим не могу.Теперь буду пробовать в других городах посетить пивные СПА.

Прекрасный отель ,СПА центр и ресторан. Отдыхали 6 января ,встретили нас очень радушно,в основном разговаривают на чешском и немецком языке, возможно за все расчет кредитной картой.Номера чистые ,теплые в СПА центре прекрасные условия (хлоркой не воняет)полотенце и халаты выдают (стоимость халата 50 крон аренда),сауну нужно предварительно заказывать ,стоимость 150 крон с человека.Фишка этого СПА пивные ванны ,супер релакс).Конечно вишенка на торте это ресторан .Рекомендуем всем кто отдыхает рядом с Марианскими Лазнями посетить это место.

Wir waren Silvester 2022 vier Tage im Hotel. Alles sehr gut organisiert . Prima Essen , Silvesterveranstaltung super organisiert und tolles Programm und Menü. Termine für Bierbad und Massage sehr gut organisiert und durchgeführt. Alles sauber, Rezeption sehr freundlich.
