Renaissance Hotel Korla

The Renaissance Korla Hotel is stunningly beautiful. Its 11-story-high lobby is a sight to behold, creating a powerful visual impact and immersive experience. The design is said to be inspired by the Lop Nur Grand Canyon, with flowing light and shadow effects that make you feel as if you're deep within the canyon. The electronic light and shadow display at the reception desk, featuring grazing horses, is also quite charming. The guest rooms feature bold color schemes and prominent Silk Road elements. The Prussian blue bathtub and sink in the bathroom are particularly striking, while the uniquely shaped, curved, brown-red undermount sink cabinet is incredibly distinctive. In short, the decor and accessories are full of highlights and definitely worth experiencing. The day before my check-in, customer service representative Xiao Cao contacted me. She was patient and attentive, proactively adding me on WeChat and saying she'd contact me anytime if needed—a special commendation! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and featured Xinjiang specialties. The restaurant is also beautifully situated. Overall, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, offers excellent service, and is definitely worth experiencing.

The newly opened hotel is very stylish, clean, and comfortable. The view from the large glass wall in the lobby is beautiful. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept well. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Special praise to Guest Relations Manager Xiao Cao, who was very welcoming. She called me at noon while I was still at the Tarim Poplar Forest Park to inquire about my travel plans and arrival time. Check-in was quick, and she was very attentive afterward, asking if I needed anything. Staying in a hotel of this standard and receiving such service in Korla exceeded my expectations! Overall, I am very satisfied!

The hotel is newly opened and very stylish. The facilities and amenities are excellent, and the breakfast selection is plentiful and meets Renaissance standards. The raised shower door is a nice touch, avoiding the common problem of shower doors scratching the towels when opened. By the way, Alice provided excellent one-on-one butler service throughout the stay, which was very thoughtful.

The hotel is very unique, with a charming, antique design. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the staff member, Xiao Cao, is attentive and thoughtful. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I come. I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful experience.

My first trip to Korla included a stay at the Renaissance Hotel. The hotel's facilities were superb, and the service was up to Renaissance standards. After admiring the magnificent poplar forest, staying at such a high-quality hotel was truly a pleasant experience! Highly recommended!
