The hotel is new, easy to find, with ample parking and free parking. The service is excellent; they upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, well-heated, and the bedding was comfortable. It's also very smart. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Licheng.

To experience the opening of the Tianshan Victory Tunnel, I invited a few friends to have a whole fish feast in Bosten Lake. We stayed at this new hotel in Korla; the environment was nice, and the rooms were simply decorated—all quite good. We booked four rooms, but only one had a sewer smell coming from the shower. I meant to tell the front desk when I checked out, but I forgot. Everything else was good, and the breakfast was also acceptable.

From controlling appliances to adjusting the room temperature, everything is done with a single touch – a fantastic experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between smart technology and comfort; it's not just about piling on features, but truly enhancing the convenience of check-in. Highly recommended! It's so convenient with kids! The kids love using voice control to control the curtains and lights. The smart system is easy to use, even for seniors. The rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and the staff are very patient with the children. Our whole family had a wonderful stay!

Ziyi Hotel boasts a prime location, directly opposite Warehouse 9 Shopping and Leisure Plaza, offering a full range of shopping, dining, leisure, and entertainment options. Parking is also very convenient, making it highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby, and it's close to the train station. Ctrip could only issue a standard invoice initially, but after communicating with the front desk, they promptly provided a solution. Ctrip's customer service was also very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. It's a high-value hotel, and we didn't exceed our budget. It's much better value than some chain hotels.
