Labranda Marine Aquapark

This resort falls short of its "4-star" rating with below-average quality and service. Arrival: The start was good; they promised our room in an hour and offered lunch, part of our full-service plan. However, after lunch, communication issues and excuses delayed our room access by an extra hour. Room: The room was decent, even above average, with AC, two bedrooms, and two TVs. The only issue was a detached shower drain, but it was manageable. Food: The food quality brought the experience down. Items like cold, flavorless chicken and unseasoned dishes disappointed us. Only the desserts and yogurt were decent. Atmosphere in the Dining Hall: The dining hall felt more like a crowded food court than a premium or peaceful restaurant. Noise from kids was a problem due to the lack of barriers. Beach and Aquapark: The beach had rocky areas, causing minor injuries. However, it was good for scuba diving, with clear water and plenty of fish. The aquapark was visually appealing and had positive feedback, but I couldn't enjoy it much due to a recent injury. Beachside Restaurant and Bar: The food at the beachside restaurant was disappointing, with dry baked goods and fries. Limited options, but good wings and fries. Cats: There were many cats around, but you can find similar experiences elsewhere with better service. Cats are cool, though! Noise at Night: A loud party by the pool on our first night disrupted our sleep. Summary: This resort isn't exceptional but serves as a decent escape from the cold. It's okay, but nothing special. Had an amazing time staff wonderful room was large and clean animation team crazy and fun food was usual all inclusive drinks and cocktails were good children loved slides and wave pool we used bus at end of drive to Kos town to go on trips we even caught a speed boat to Turkey for the day we will definitely book to go again

We stayed for a week family of 12 our room 2711 was not cleaned all week (we even all reception mid week to ask why not and they assured it would be done the rest of the week but nothing), there were signs a maid had been in by a new bath mat being placed on the toilet but that was as good as it got that was across all 3 rooms we had, talking to the neighbours they had the same. The outside walkways and stairs were filthy with bird muck, as was our balcony and the furniture was covered. I haven’t stayed in a hotel that doesn’t mop the balconies which made them unusable in my eyes. The beach was small but nice amount of beds not too busy. The entertainment team for the mini disco were great. But the food lacked much choice, the Greek was far best choice of the Al la carte the Italian was ok but don’t choose the pizza as it was naff. When you get bored of the buffet which you will there’s a nice little taverna left off the beach and a little walk away called the boathouse which was lovely.

Nice hotel with lovely clean rooms but last day did have a problem with ants. Food was hit and miss and chicken was not cooked properly on more than 1 occasion..grandson disappointed there was no football for older ones.entertainment team were very good but have to say bob Marley was the best. Don't know how he kept going all day.big shout out to panos great guy .

Butlins of greece.Food is hit and miss but loads of it.Nighttime entertainment finishes way too early around 9:30/10pm then theres nowhere close by to walk to.Staff work hard.Site itself is good but the pool has walls so your kids cant jump which my lad hated.We spent 2 weeks there which we did get used to it but first impressions we were gutted,looked way better on the travel website.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! All the staff were welcoming and lovely, especially the Entertainment crew, great shows and so kind, “Bob Marley” is the most energetic, friendly, full of heart person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. All the kids and adults love him. Food was good and everywhere was clean. Would highly recommend to anyone with children. Was sad to leave.

We spent most of our days with the kids in the slides area of the pool. Kids had a ball on all the different slides and us adults too! The waves in the wave pool were not as strong or as fun as they kids expected but slides made the biggest fun of the holiday! Couple of times we had to ask the cleaning staff to clean room even though we had left the "please clean" sign on our door, however rooms when cleaned were satisfactory and lots of clean towels. The food overall was good; Greek and mediteranean dishes. Good pizzas and lovely selections of tasty salads. Bar, Reception, Shop, Spa and Restaurant staff were always very friendly and there was excellent supervision of pools and slides by all day on duty lifeguards. A special shout out to Antonis Printezis - one of the lifeguards. He was great with the kids and both he and Hasan were very quick to administer first aid to my wife when she cut her toe. They were fantastic; kind, professional and good humoured too, as was Danos one of the bar staff who came out from behind the bar to cheer her up and make her laugh! This was a great family holiday and would definitely consider revisiting!

The hotel, the service, staff were really nice, polite. The water in the sea was warm, the water park was great, the scenery beautiful. The food and drinks were OK, the only missing think for me for all inclusive was no prosseco but that didn't matter much. The hotel is @ 30 min away from the airoport, so not to expensive on a taxi. The island it's beautiful, we rented bikes and had a great adveture cycling to Kos Town and Tigaki Town. The bungalows are really nice and newly renovated. Very comfortable beds, clean, two rooms for a familly of 4. The resort itself looks very good and clean. The cats around the hotel are really cute and friendly too. We've really enjoyed the resort, every person from the staff tried really hard to please you, from the bar staff to the animation team, reception and spa team. Thanks so much everyone for making our stay really enjoyable!

We spend grand 10days in this hotel, Aquapark for younger kids, pool for older, so nice, warm water in the sea, grand wheder (end of October, beginning of November around 26-28c), so friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, the biggest bed what I use in my life. Food not so bad, so many alcohol cocktails in Al. Highly recommended
