We had an amazing stay here. Check in was quick and we couldn’t believe our luck when we got upgraded to a junior suite with a hot tub on the balcony! Wow! The maid came every day and was so friendly. A special mention to the amazing bar staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable; Haris, Alexandros, Erind and Konstantinos. The food was really nice and the snack bar at the children’s pool has the best toasties and crepes made by Katerina. We did go into Tigaki a couple of nights for food, there are some really nice restaurants and only a few minutes walk away. The pools are really clean but the only fault is that if you aren’t sunbathing by the pool in your block of rooms, then there are no toilets anywhere apart from in the middle of the resort at the snack bar. So you literally have to keep popping back to your room, this was a pain on our last day as we had to check out at 11am, so had to keep going to the main reception to use the toilet. A water dispenser would have been useful in the main reception, as the bar doesn’t open until 5pm, we were really thirsty waiting for our transfer, so I had to walk to one of the pool bars to fetch drinks. All on all an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Hi. We found one of the entertainment nights absolutely brilliant with one of the tribute acts! It really made the holiday. I’m trying to find legends of the decade online but can’t find them anywhere.. have they got a page or anything to show the family. Thanks

Our vacation at Utopia Blu was very successful and we want to share some observations. The hotel is basically new, as of 2019, very clean, well-maintained, with staff who are smiling and friendly, you can feel the good atmosphere in the team. In particular, we would like to thank the entertainment team, who gave their best. It was nice to see their commitment, punctuality and professional preparation for each activity. Our 4-year-old daughter liked Kelly very much and loved the activities she conducted. She was very sad when she had to say goodbye to her on the last day. Our children also loved the mini disco at 8:30 pm and asked about the activities every day. For special appreciation deserve evening performances for adults. Never before on vacation have we seen such a vocally and dance talented group. The voices of Jen, Kelly and Jerry, the professional preparation of the repertoire, costumes as well as the DJ setting by Davide made us feel like we were at a star concert. In the end, we feel honored and fortunate to have been able to admire Jerry's extraordinary stage talent, exceptional vocals and unique personality up close. Words cannot convey the emotions we felt when he sang. He sang from the bottom of his heart, with a passion that sent shivers down our spine. I do not know if the other guests were aware of what an exceptional character they had the opportunity to watch. These performances will always remain in our memories and our hearts. Thank you!

Wow....first experience of AI hotel and Utopia Blu was perfect! Firstly the hotel looks just like the pictures on the website; beautiful and clean, the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way and are so polite and friendly. We had a family room located near the kids pool. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Big thank you to the lovely older lady who cleaned our room every day - it was my 40th during our stay and upon seeing the cards she went and cut me some roses and put a birthday cake in the fridge. We split our time between the main pool and kids pool, neither was overcrowded at any time, I think because there are a number of smaller pools around the hotel as well. All areas were kept clean, there are bins and recycling points dotted around. Breakfast and dinner always had a varied selection to suit all tastes, plenty for vegetarians and children. Lunch always had pizza/pasta options with salads and fruit as well as other dishes that changed daily. Dinner at the italian restaurant was very good. Also recommend the crepes and toasties at the snack hut by the kids pool! The main bar got very busy at times, particularly in the evenings but we were always served quickly and with a smile. The entertainment was good fun, during the day by the main pool with water games and music quizes, and in the evening with music acts. I recommend getting the shuttle bus down to the hotels private section of beach, it goes at 10, 12, 1 and 5 otherwise it's a bit of a trek in the heat with kids!

Amazing hotel. Grounds beautiful and well maintained. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and we had fresh towels every day. Not an all-inclusive fan however the entertainment was great and the food fantastic and I’m a fussy eater! We were there the last week of the season and had no trouble getting sunbeds. There is also a section on the beach just for the hotel so need to pay for beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only negatives are they closed the Mediterranean restaurant on our 2nd night so we weren’t able to go and although we had bottles of water daily in our room if you wanted a glass from the bar it was 80 cents! Would I return - yes definitely!

We stayed one day, we should have stayed four!!! This is not a 4* hotel. The room we had was in adults only area,this was new this year(June) and to be fair we couldn't fault it. Apart from the very nice man that took us to the room,and returned us in the golf buggy the rest was appalling!!! The food and drink was of the lowest quality so we landed up getting food from the supermarket opposite the hotel!!!

A mixed review from me. My daughter and I have just returned. The hotel is beautiful, well presented, plenty of Sun loungers, lovely gardens and truly fantastic staff (we can’t praise the staff enough). Plus the a la Carte menus were lovely. The negatives for us were: The food, breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, although we weren’t keen on the juice. Lunch there wasn’t much choice, we had read about this and thought pizza and salad would be ok but the pizza was quite doughy, and the hot food often not that hot. We were there in October so not too busy, but puddings were at one end of the serving line and ice cream and spoons at the other, where people were queuing to get their meal. Evening meal was mostly ok, we could find something we liked every evening, although a few times it wasn’t as hot as I would like. The pools, they weren’t advertised as heated, but they were freezing. Most of the time the pools were empty or people would pop in and back out immediately just to cool off. Shutting down before the end of the season, the new adults only area shut down a few days into our visit. Initially removing the rooms lounger cushions as the rooms emptied, then the bar shut, then all the loungers had cushions removed. Wrong room type, probably linked to above. My daughter and I were booked into an adults only swim up room. A few days into the holiday we noticed children in the rooms, upon checking we weren’t in the correct room type. I probably won’t come back, which is a shame as the hotel has the potential to be amazing with a few changes.

We had a wonderful stay at Utopia Blu and didn’t want to leave! The hotel was so beautiful, clean and very picturesque. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and cleaned well daily. Our room was in a perfect location, next to the main pool, restaurant and bar area. We loved the main pool and spent most of our time there. The pool floats and balls provided hours of entertainment. The entertainment team are also at the main pool and provide activities and music. We loved joining in and getting to know them, they were all so lovely. Food stations around the hotel complex were great, we loved the crepes! We only used the main restaurant which provided buffet style food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was different every day and we all ate so much! I used the spa facilities and had a face and scalp massage which was very relaxing. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach which was great and a short journey. The evening entertainment was great, something different every night. Overall a wonderful stay with friends and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is just beautiful. Spotlessly clean, excellent food. We stayed in the adults only swim up area. It was just so peaceful, one of the most relaxing holidays. I would definitely recommend. Hopefully I’ll come here again. Thank you to all the staff.
