The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was basic and comfortable . The room included breakfast and the continental spread was fine, cooked items were Ok but Breakfast wrap drowned in BBQ sauce. Avocado was offered but was too old and brown, better to say you’ve run out. Ate at restaurant one night service was great but food wasn’t that fresh my wife thought it tasted like it had picked up fridge odours. Side of fries fairly ordinary with odd flavours. The issue with staying hotels up here is that there are no other restaurants to go to I guess most people in the park stay in Jindabyne or self catering accommodations. So it’s like there is no competition or incentive to produce a better offer of food.

Nothing but positive memories of our stay, we were well looked after from the great food to very accommodating staff. The room was comfortable and the proximity to the t bar made for a very enjoyable experience. Would recommend a stay here to anyone that asks. Thank you Summah and your team.

Guthega Inn is a fun place for activities. Lots to do here and very peaceful. The accommodations are really nice. The rooms are excellent. This is an annual ritual coming here (actually even more frequent). The food here is good too. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful inn in a beautiful environment. The natural setting is amazing. The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were amazing. Very clean and had all the necessities. The staff was amazing as well. Lots to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

Great views of the mountains. Very peaceful and enjoyable here. Relaxing experience being at this boutique hotel. The rooms are great. The bar is really good for a cocktail or beer. The restaurant has really good food as well. Amazing experience.

Nice boutique hotel for a quick getaway. The area is an awesome place for hiking in the summer. The onsite restaurant and bar is really good. The tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. Also enjoyed the filet mignon, prawn and mussels, and stuffed field mushrooms. The beer selection was good too.

Super friendly and helpful manager and staff who went the extra mile to make our stay a great experience. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great view and a well stocked bar. Ski in and out location. Delicious menu, filling and tasty breakfast. A bit hard to get to if you don’t have private car so factor that in.

We went into the Guthega Inn as the door was open hoping to get a drink as we saw people having a glass of wine. After 10 minutes we were rudely greeted by an ill mannered staff member with zero customer service skills and the personality of the grinch. We were ask to leave since apparently we were an hour too early and couldn’t even sit at the table until that hour period was up. Only one table of guest could! The arrogant and snobby bar attendant guided us to the door and then locked it behind us. I’ve visited hotels and restaurants all around Australia. This one by far needs to train its staff to be more understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately even the guest that were staying said we should of said we were with them and they were shocked how we were treated! Overall, avoid this place at all cost if you want friendly and warm service.
