Check in was quick, very convenient parking lot. Good location in the heart of Kosice. The remote for the A/C was missing. Even though i instantly notified the front desk no remote was provided for the remainder of my stay. Rooms are ok, breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

Rooms were definitely not as described when booked, the pictures are not a good representation of the hotel overall. We brought this up to the staff when we weren’t happy with our room and the manager was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I needed to figure out how to navigate around. There are also lots of historical sights and delicious restaurants. The hotel itself is converted from a historical building, so, it's really inspiring to stay here. Thank you very much again!

Hotel Close to the city center. Only complaint is the breakfast. To little to choose from. The last day there was no brest at 8 am. Starts at 7 am. Should be improved.

Only one issue with a leaking shower door but staff provided extra towels for us to deal with it.
