The surroundings are excellent, and the sea view is beautiful. The beach is smooth, but it's a bit hard to find.

It was my first time coming here, and the experience was unexpectedly wonderful. I really loved the sunset view—it was so beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were good and suited us well. However, it would be great if the breakfast tables could be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, it’s a very nice place to relax, chill, and heal.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, expect the toilet is sharing and it's very dirty!. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of my stay. Everything about this hotel felt high-quality, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Totally was a huge disappointment! Wasted money! No refund at all not even a 50%?! Such a disaster! Felt like we were scammed by the photos that they posted! The place is **** god DIRTY! The facilities is **** worst! During your dinner at the cafe area (cove) it was very disgusting the flies is all over your head because the lamp is just under your head. It was everywhere! Even in your room! There is no tolerance at all since we were asking them what is the solution to this issue that we are facing! The price of the room is not worth with what you paid for! Its god **** expensive but the outcome is such a nightmare! IT IS REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO HERE! There is more place that even cheaper and nicer! The whole place is really not maintained well! The tent is full of mould! Which can worsen your health! The staff is not helpful. Not even the duty manager facing the guest to come out with solution. They even said the flies is not their problem to solve it?! What kind of answers is that? All of the place I went for beach I never had that such time where the flies is **** a lot and disgusting! Its very killjoy while you are trying to enjoy the place! Its very wasting a lot of energy and money! Seriously dont ever think to check in here! You gonna regret! My biggest regret! We've booked the room for romantic 2 (tent) and Mermaid 2 (room w aircond) so we all coming together with only 1 transportation. So we were asking for a refund since the place is very **** dirty! You can't even sit on the floor. It's very dirty! We asked for an extra bedding but they refused to give and giving us reason that there is no bedding available. So we ask for other option to get us comforter, again they said they couldnt provide it. So we decided to check out and asking for a refund but their respond suprised us! All of sudden they wanted to upgrade us to a much better room which earlier of our check in we asked them if there is any room available but they told us all of their room is fully booked! So the reception told us it is not about the room is fully booked but since there is a water problem so they giving their guest such a nonsense reason. So is this means they wanted to upgraded us with a room that have a water problem? Ended up we were asking for their duty manager to discuss with us, but the recep said she will call us back since she need to call her manager. 10 mins after that the recep asking us to go the recep desk and telling us they can only refund for the tent room but not the normal room. How can you expect that only the tent that you can refund which you know that we all come together in 1 transportation? You are expecting us to fit all in that small room??? The carpet is **** dirty, the toilet ia smelly! Our sink is full with the flies! Its very not well maintained! How can you charge the room **** expensive but the reality thee place is **** god dirty! I swear to god whoever book this place you gonna regret because the place is totally DIRTY AND THEY LEFT YOU WITH NO SOLUTION YET TELLING YOU THE FLIES IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM WHICH THEY CAN FIND INITIAVE TO SOLVE THE FLIES ISSUE AND MAINTAINED THE PLACE!

Overall is good, but there is a lot of dog roam around the hotel & beach. So we find it a bit uncomfortable.

Overall ok, but clamping a bit old. Not much activity. Food was ok.

Room is cozy, equipped with portable aircon which is sufficient, can’t ask for more with the locations & resort setting. For me is quite comfy already, Will go there and stay again there next time 🫰🏻

The cleanliness was really poorly maintained, from the toilet to our actual stay area. The outside was dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned even though someone was going to stay in the tent. I don't even know what to say... the tent was also cramped.

Tents condition is worn out, but the stay the setup is really nice. Toilet / bathroom conditions need to be improve. Location is by the beach, food is good. Overall is good for staycation. Can accommodate large groups 👍🏻

My stay was quite disappointing due to poor service throughout. As an in-house guest, I felt neglected. priority seemed to be given to outside visitors for facilities and the restaurant. There was no proper dining space allocated for staying guests, and we had to wait or find alternatives. The facilities were not well-maintained, and the glamping tent lacked basic cleanliness, making the experience far from relaxing. It’s unfortunate, as the concept has potential, but the management and guest service need serious improvement.

Booked for romantic tent, same like the ad. Looks like a brand new tent, because the colour is still white compared to the others which is already yellowish and got a bit mould. Romantic tent have no shade, so the light shines through into the tent. Even so, the tent doesn't feel hot, the portable aircond keeps it cool inside. asked for keetle from the receptionist. need to ask for keys for private bathroom as they are having renovation during our stay.

Very disappointing stay compared to pictures / advertised accommodation. Firstly the room we booked was unavailable, which was clearly something that had happened weeks before. The pool did not exist (had been concreted in), the toilets were very run down and broken, and the tents themselves were mouldy and collapsing in. Bus loads of tourists were shipped in for the sunset / evening food, meaning even the location felt compromised. The staff were absolutely lovely, and the interior of the tent itself was nice. The whole site just felt like it needed a good clean/tidy and some money invested.
