"booked the rooms after read a few review. 1. Hotel main entrance, since may 2025 ”Repair in Progress ” and have to enter at the mall entrance. It is very Inconvenient. 2. Rooms and toilets: Cleanliness is unacceptable. 3. Breakfast: Takes a while to replenish the foods and drinks. Roti Titab, toaster was down (should have a spare toaster)"

"Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night."

"Location in the middle of Kota Bahru city. Easy to access. The distance is only 10 minutes to Wakaf Che Yeh. The size of the house is quite large and comfortable for 4 adults. Parking is available. The swimming pool is also large, suitable for those staying with children"

"Clean room, air-conditioned apartment, view of the river., dedicated parking lot and easy excess to town and airport. The down side you can't cook., you only can reheat as the only have microwave.. the building only have swimming pool no gym.. Overall satisfied."

"When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone."

"Strategic location located next to KB Mall, the room is nice, have everything we needed: iron, hairdryer, smart tv, free WiFi etc. However, be careful when driving up to the parking area because the driveway is quite narrow. After all, we had a great time."
