"Next to kb mall. Very convenient location. Hard to get grab taxi in the morning before mall open. If you have early morning flight remember to book grab taxi to airport at least 30 mins before your intended departure time from hotel."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share a detailed review of my experience, both the good and the not-so-great aspects. Let’s start with the positives: the breakfast was excellent. It was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. A good selection of food, fresh ingredients, and attentive staff made the morning meal a very pleasant experience. Whether you're into local flavors or prefer something more continental, there seemed to be options for everyone. Coffee was hot, pastries were fresh, and the seating area was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. There was a noticeable smell throughout the room that didn’t go away even after airing it out for some time. It wasn't overpowering, but definitely enough to make the space feel less clean and comfortable than it should have been. The biggest issue, however, was the carpet getting wet. It seemed like water was leaking from either the bathroom or some nearby plumbing, and the moisture had soaked into the carpet near the entrance of the room. Walking over damp carpet isn't exactly pleasant, and it raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance. It also made the room feel more humid and stuffy. Housekeeping did a decent job with daily cleaning, but the smell and wet carpet are issues that likely go beyond surface-level cleaning—they need proper maintenance or repair. Overall, I think this hotel has potential. The staff were friendly, and again, the breakfast was genuinely great. But some basic upkeep and attention to room conditions are really needed to bring the guest experience up to standard. With a bit more focus on maintenance and cleanliness, this place could easily become a solid choice for travelers. Would I stay again? Maybe—but only if I knew the room conditions had improved."

"Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night."

"The room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in. The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable. However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working."

"When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone."

"Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money."
