It's happy to visit and staying in 5 flowers ananta elite, kota. At starting receiving and way talk and handling the me and providing room was good. And also dinner & breakfast was good and hygiene i will give for that 5stars and room service also.

There was light issue. No back up of light. Bathroom was not clean. Although it was written wi-fi available. But there no wi-fi. Swimming pool and it's area was not clean. In fact they made blunder in the bill too.

The rooms were pathetic. The bedsheet are dirty washroom is dirty no cleanliness overall very bad experience and it wasn't worth for 1000 bucks

Property is fine but located on the out-skirt and all facilities and staff is not at all cooperative. Also the cleaning and room service is all false claim, they say they have done but nothing is done.

The hotel looks nice, decently crafted. The property location was a bit far from the main city as well as from the railway station. However, as you entered the room, you can see the property is not managed properly. There were stains on the bedsheet, toilets are not clean, basic facilities are lacking. The rooms have a nice full glass window which would have been a plus point for the property, but there was no maintenance so the window is full of pigeon dirts. The carpet and the curtains were clearly not cleaned for ages!
