Good location, I can see beautiful sea from the window. Breakfast is not good

Room cleans Need to improved on amenities But everything fine

Location was great.comfy bed n pillows. But the room o was assigned too seems like having issues with air conditioning. It was so hot and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Will hardly consider this hotel again

Smart location. easy to walk around the city. get food, to go to Jalan ***a. most are within walking distance.

Food is good at ***a street but what is near from klagan hotel becones a tiring walk due to the heat wave that blast the temperaturte up to 38 degrees facilities is so so for klagan but locartion is superb. surrounding area very run down and dirty. centre point sabah is very hot inside which feels like almost no aircon at all.

Very strategic location. Rooms are spaces and walking distance to shopping mall .

i like the location just near to my meeting place .and all staff are friendly

enjoy my 2 days friendship trip there. Shopping and entertainment opportunities are right at the Hotel's doorsteps. surely will come again next trip.

Always be my favourite hotel whenever I go to KK.
